Crossover burner burned out in my 28 yr old silver grill. I took a picture of the grill, sent it to Weber and received the assembly. Easy to install my son inherited it will probably go another 20 yes problem free.

I hope that I get a decade of use out of this just like my originals! I used this in my older (over 12 years old) Weber Genesis Silver (Type A, with two burners and no side burners) to replace my originals that have over 12 years ( all year long, even in winter) of use on them. The package includes 2 burner tubes, the crossover tube, some stainless steel hardware and instructions. Install was a breeze only requiring a Phillips head screwdriver and an adjustable wrench or socket wrench (7/16" or 11mm size). It took me longer to clean out the grill while I was in there than the actual install. My flames are now even with no more hot spots.

I was able to watch a video on Youtube that showed how to remove the old and replace with the new. The hardest part was to remove the harness that holds the burners in place. After much work, I finally got the nuts holding the harness in place removed. From there, I didn't even need any tools. The burners slide out. The new burners slide into the holes and come with replacement nuts/bolts

I found the parts I needed for my old Weber grill and it works like a new one.

The parts came with good installation instructions. The burner design also had a design improvement that keeps spiders from clogging the gas supply line. Installation went smoothly and the grill is back up and running efficiently. It was worth doing the repair cost wise.

My old ones were getting ratty so I opted for new. These are superior to the old ones as the spider screen is built in.

I love Weber--quality products, great support, they keep replacement parts for old lines. I've replaced the burners three times over more than 10 years and each time the grill fires up like new.

Once you know your model number, you can go to the Weber website, find the part(s). Order the part, they ship to you door. The installation instructions were somple, yet thorough. I replaced the burner tubes in about 30 minutes total. Our 20+ year old grill works like new.

Fairly straightforward directions Much less expensive than purchasing a new grill and now I have a "good as new" grill!

I have a 20+ year old Weber Genesis Silver A grill. Decided it was time to replace some parts when I accidentally cut the hose on the connector to the gas tank. Didn’t realize how poorly the burner tubes were working until I put the new ones in. Works like a brand new grill. Install was pretty easy too. It took about a half hour for two of us working together to change the tubes, igniter kit, hose and regulator kit and to check for leaks.
