The product arrived and the motor did not work properly. I really like the look and price of this fan, and it was a replacement for the same kind that lasted for about 8 years before the switch stopped working. I will try one more time, even though the other fans in our house are over 30 years old and still going strong... I would only recommend this product with misgivings currently.

This is a poorly designed fan. I had it installed in a small area craft room and i could not feel any air flow moving. The only good thing going for it was the light. I would not recommend this to anyone. Open a window you will get better circulation.

I replace a old fan in the kitchen. This was easy to put together and install. Also moves the air better then my bigger fan in the other room.

Loved the style and its very compact. The problem is that there is virtually no light...one very small bulb simply doesn't cut it.

The fan looks nice but it was extremely difficult to assemble and fittings seemed very cheap. We have rentals and I have assembled many ceiling fans. This one was the most difficult.

If you want a fan to really move some air, this is the one you need! You'll need small, steady hands, and patience to attach the blades. Spring clips hold the globe in place, and the light is plenty bright enough. I put it in my smallish kitchen, but I think it would work well in a larger room, also.

I love these little fans. The one I had got water damaged and made a horrid sound, so I bought it again. Creates an impressive wind in my 10 foot by 10 foot kitchen

Good product. Looks and functions great. Need a steady hand to fish the mounting screws for the fan blades through the small opening to install, but otherwise a relatively easy installation.

This ceiling fan has a great simple design and looks higher quality than most others in its price and size range. I stumbled onto it at the 23rd St Manhattan store, which was lucky since these aren't normally available in stores (according to HD listing). The small fans i looked at in non-Manhattan stores looked pretty rinky-dink and ugly IMO. I didn't install it but it seemed to go according to plan. I love the understated style - looks great and perfectly scaled for a small room.

We would definitely recommend this ceiling fan to any of our family and friends for a small space It does create a nice breeze for such a small fan!

I expected a little bit more on quality and appearance that is why only 4 stars. But this is my personal perception. Otherwise, product is quiet and blows well.

This was a high quality fan with great looking hardware and parts. It had a quiet motor and the light was sufficient but not really bright enough. The fan was installed in a bedroom that was 9' x 12'. The fan did not provide enough air even on high. I returned the fan because the fan speed would fluctuate from high then slow down then speed up again.

We bought this fan for our daughter's nursery. It's a powerful fan and gives off great light. The blades are a nice shade and we like the overall appearance of the fan. Good value all around!

Fan was easy to but together, easy to wire, worked about 36 hours.I will return it to Homedepot and will buy something else not westinghouse.

Had to replace original fan from 1980. Beam ends dictated size of blade. This fit and is perfect in size, appearance, and function. Also, updates the look.

We needed a smaller size fan to fit between the open beams in our 12' x 12' upstairs hobby room. Bought this one because we could detach the light kit which we didn't need. The fan provides plenty of air circulation and is stable.

The fan & light were easy to install. I used it over my porch area at the back deck area. It will work great over the porch area where we sit at night and watch the sun set.

It was plpeasure to have one of this. - Great looking designe. - Best value of product - Very easy to install. but, very first time switched on, fan starts shaking and the high speed get worst. I'm plans to report customer service regards this issue and wait for the answer.

This fan blows air around like a 54" fan! And it is only 30" - used it in my kitchen. Aside from the sheer beauty, the 6 blades - yes 6 blades - move air around better than my $100 living room 54" ceiling fan. I will be updating the rest of my fans to this style very soon! I gave a slightly lower mark on the installation because it took 2 people to actually get the blades on right. You have to get the tip of the screwdriver through a very tight hole to reach the head of the screw - so you need one person to hold the blade in place while the other one does the screwing. Aside from that - I am VERY PLEASED.

The fan matches another one I bought a couple of years ago and I really liked it so I wanted another one just like it and I was able to get it at Home Depot. Easy to assemble and put up.

I purchased this fan six years ago for 3 small bedrooms, works great and when my daughter bought her first home we put in her 3 bedrooms as well. Great fan for the price.

We bought this fan because it was smaller than most. We were installing in a small bedroom with a bunk bed and needed the compact size. Installation was no harder than other fans. The fan is reasonably quiet, and in a small room, it moves the air well. We have had this fan for a couple years. The switches have held up good and the fan has not gotten any noisier. The only problem I have had is that the rubber coating on the globe's clips had become "glued" to the globe (because of the heat from the bulb) and the overly-fragile globe cracked and is now unusable. As others have noted, it is difficult to locate one that fits (I have not been able to after 2 weeks of looking). If I end up replacing the entire fan, or even the lighting unit, I will probably not be buying another Westinghouse.

I love my new fan. It is the perfect size for my small kitchen and I love the way it looks too. The Home Depot website is awesome too. It is very easy to use and even tells you if items are in stock in your store and where they are located. Great job on the website.
