[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I got the frig just over a month ago it was hard to find one that fit where we needed it . The main feature is that is deep. Not to tall but lots there is lots of space inside it . Also it’s is quiet so it seems that we will be saving on electricity as well. So far so good !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's OK but after I began using it daily I was disappointed there was no place to put eggs. The shelves are not flat tempered glass. Anything with fluted bottoms tip over and spill. I knew it was smaller but just not enough room for thin bottles.. No meat drawer just must bend over to put lunch meat in drawer with other things.give me glass shelves please.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the fridge just as the pandemic lockdown was beginning and we were grateful to Caplan's who went out of their way to replace the old one which had stopped working. We like the new fridge though miss having a pull-out drawer in the middle shelf and we were surprised it didn't have an egg tray or ice cube trays.It is handsome and a nice compact size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator as a back up to my primary one in my kitchen. Due to COVID-19 it seems that my large refrigerator and freezer does not have the storage capacity needed so I looked at freezers, but they are all on backorder until the end of the summer. My friend suggested using a refrigerator with a good size freezer. The whirlpool fit the bill as I did not want to spend that much on it. It has met my need with the exception of the freezer. For some reason the ice-cream is not freezing even though I have it at the highest level.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great second fridge for us with ample space inside and not too large of a body that might overwhelm a small garage like ours. The wire racks feels a bit flimsy compared to our main fridge with tempered glass but his fridge is also 1/3 he price. I wish there were a little more storage on the door (2 roll instead of 3) but very happy to gain the extra space non the less.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have purchased Whirlpool products exclusively for decades. We get uninterrupted service for 20+ years per appliance. Our existing side-by-side refrigerator in the kitchen is 15 years old with no problems but I wanted a smaller unit as a backup. This top freezer model is perfect for us. It really has a lot more capacity than I would ever have expected in a smaller fridge like this one. It's very quiet, energy star, frost-free, great shelving flexibility and has 4 wheels instead of 2 like on many other models. Very easy to move around and level as needed. It is also only 28" wide and one of the few units that will go through a 29-1/2" door opening.

I would highly advise looking at an different brand since this one was nothing more than dissapointment. From day one it never worked and it was horrible experience trying to get it replaced since homedepot is just the middle man and will not warranty it after it’s delivered. Kept getting the run around from homedepot and whirlpool as to who has to replace a one day old non working fridge. And the whirlpool customer service are not helpful at all and extreemly unprofessional. Homedepot made me buy another fridge(got a GE) and pay for it in full before they come and pick the defective one up and it took over 3 weeks and several phone calls in order to get my refund. Will mot be getting a whirlpool brand or any appliances from Homedepot again.

We have had this fridge now for almost 4 years. Last year the freezer had stopped working and we had to throw nearly everything away. Flash forward about 4 months, the freezer stopped again. Now this week, for the THIRD time in one year, the freezer has stopped. I do not recommend this fridge at ALL and am disappointed as it looks like other customers have had the same problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice basic Fridge and Freezer. Lots of space. It is a little expensive compared to some other brands but operates as expected. Door runners are not good quality and there were some trays damaged inside (Cosmetics - paint damage)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we bought this refrigerator we assumed that it had a light in the freezer compartment, as all of our recent refrigerators had. After the installers left and we started stocking the fridge, we were surprised and disappointed at the lack of a light. A dark hole is hard to stock. We would not recommend this model to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the Whirlpool 28 inch wide refrigerator top freezer. I bought it for the downstairs as an extra for sodas, food for the holidays and/or cookouts that will be coming up. The refrigerator provides enough space for those items and the freezer is nice and cold. No complaints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator and ,so far .... a month has gone by .... I believe I received what I paid for. It is spacious for my needs. Both compartments are keeping my foods at a good temperature.The frig is more quiet when running than I expected. There are 2 suggestions towards improvement which I would like to mention. 1) an improvement in the interior light - not bright enough. 2) the top shelf could be glass or half of it glass to provide for unstable containers like bottles.

The measurements are not accurate. 2” more is required in width for door to open properly. Ordered online and Home Depot won’t let me return. Stuck with a refrigerated that I can’t open. Very disappointed with Home Depot.

This refrigerator doors are larger that the cabinet so unless you can have this installed in the center of the room it will hit what is next to it. The door swings out 1 1/2 to 2 inches wider than the unit.

I purchased this Whirlpool refrigerator in September 2017 for $600 from Home Depot. The refrigerator needed repairs out of warranty and Whirlpool connected me with Electric Express Appliance. They billed me $139 to send a technician out to diagnose the issue. The technician came to take a look. He mentioned he will need some parts and completed the repairs within 10 minutes. A few days later... BAM! I receive another bill for $373 for parts and labor. Grand total of $532 to repair a Whirlpool refrigerator which was originally purchased for $600! I had an older model of this refrigerator which laster over 8 years without issue. I am also having issues with a Whirlpool oven that was purchased a few years ago. I will avoid Whirlpool appliances in the future. Poor customer service and poor quality!

Most fridges are larger these days, and this was one of the only ones that would fit in my 65 year old house. It's much lighter than the previous one, which makes it seem cheap, but perhaps that makes it more energy efficient. It's louder than I expected, though I wouldn't say it's noisy.
