It keeps the food cold, but runs often, and is loud when running. Much louder than the 20-year old fridge it replaced. The temperature settings are an estimate. You'll want a thermometer for accuracy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It arrived with a refrigerator gasket that needs to be replaced. Good follow up so far by the supplier that we purchased the refrigerator from. But we’ll see how that actually works out. Also interesting that you have the option to reject negative reviews. Also from the examples that are on the feedback page that only lead to positive responses, sad that you need to resort to that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in October of 2023. I love this refrigerator. More than any I have refrigerator I have ever had. But good luck getting service for it! They don't tell you when you buy it that you might have to pay up front and then get reimbursed. That is is you can find someone to service it. Hopefully get all of your money reimbursed. I also paid for a 5 year extended warranty. That was not mentioned about the service problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size and the way it looks. It did come with a few chips in the paint on the top right side, but they aren't too noticable. The refridgerator is great. The freezer only keeps ice cream soft frozen. I am concerned that this summer it will be a problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for a week and I can say I am pleased thus far. It is very quiet, the refrigerator part is a very good size and well lit. The freezer should be bigger to accommodate more frozen food. It is two inches smaller in height than my previous one and I can definitely tell the difference in the freezer. Also, my previous one had a pull out drawer in the freezer which was very helpful. I really like the lighting in both the refrigerator and freezer and I also like that I can put a magnet on the door and I don't have to worry about finger prints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice top freezer refrigerator with LED lights in both freezer and refrigerator as well as clear compartments(can see what's inside the compartment). It's quiet compared to old refrigerator and the freezer is more spacious. Would be nice to have operating manual - as the fridge ran for many hours and we thought there was a problem - found info doing our own research that it's normal until fridge reaches specified temperature. Noticed on bottom back of fridge tends to be the coldest part of the fridge - again, that info was found via search vs. having an operating manual.

My only problem was that the handle broke off within the first two months around the screws where it's made of plastic. It was under warranty and they shipped me a new handle. It was easy to put on. Now, it's perfect!!

Few things that I don’t like are it’s noisy and the door to the freezer doesn’t allow things to stay in unless they are tilted. If not things fall through. And the freezer has a mind of its own. Sometimes has frost over everything and then next time it’s all okay. It also continues to make knocking noises.

The light in the freezer is great. Wish the light was brighter in the fridge. I’m disappointed that the drawers are a very cheap plastic. There is a slide switch on the drawersfor moisture control but the drawers don’t fully close so it’s worthless. In the freezer the shelves in the door are too narrow with a space before the bar so everything falls out. Almost seems like this fridge is defective. You have to push the doors to close them. I know this refrigerator is not going to last more than a few years.

The shelves are one piece where the old fridge had split shelves and the freezer shelf is glass instead of wire so no rust stains on this one. One of the few reasonably priced top freezer refrigerators with a freezer light. I hope this one lasts for another 19 years.

Just got ours yesterday. It's beautiful and holds so much food. The butter dish can hold 3 lbs of butter. But everyone's telling the truth when they say it's loud. Works for us since our kitchen is in the back of the house, but I wouldn't put it in an open concept. Delivery team was professional and fast. Excellent experience.

Top freezer door shelves terrible😕😕😕. Most everything falls thru bottom opening unless wide enough to hold. You can’t put ice cream boxes as they fall out!!! Asked at dealer, no help!!! Two shelves basically useless unless wide bottom. HELP!!!

The ice maker made a few batches and then water started overflowing into freezer and refrigerator section. The appliance was installed by professionals from the retailer we purchased the appliance from. They are replacing the refrigerator.
