[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in dire need of a refrigerator and stumbled upon this model. It is perfect for our needs, very roomy, bright and the perfect size to store all our groceries. I love the ice maker and water dispenser, which makes getting a quick and hassle-free glass of water so quick and easy! It is also great to have the ability to control the freezer and refrigerator from outside of the refrigerator. Being accustomed to storing milk containers on the top shelf was difficult; however, the side shelves are large and sturdy enough to store them, and makes it easier to access quickly!

Nothing is made like it used to be. Love the storage compartments on the side of the doors. Freezer space is a little for me but will manage. A little loud and on the noisy side but works well in keeping folks cold.

Very happy with this appliance. It is nicely refined, sturdy, runs quiet and has a top notch ice maker. Also their delivery men pulled it up a 39” wide staircase without complaint. Once inside, it could be rolled around effortlessly. Style1, this model, has leveling wheels, not leveling feet. Use piece of trim behind it to tip. Prop up front with a book, place a small block under each front corner. Turn wheel bolts left, remove book, and it will now sit on the blocks and no longer roll.

The biggest negative I’d give it is that the shelves aren’t adjustable, so if you have a family, you will have to do a lot of shifting around to get what you are looking for. Overall I’d give it a B+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wouldn’t recommend this too strongly. Of note, the temperature is very inconsistent I put multiple thermometers in due to food safety concern. It is also loud all day and dispenses lukewarm water. The doors are uneven as well and it came with multiple dings and scratches. The cabinets inside the door of the fridge are cheap plastic—not the quality I expected for the price. That said it was one of the few options that fit in our space and had the door type needed, so if you are in a bind, it does fit smaller spaces.

So I was very happy to find that Whirlpool had a refrigerator to fit into the small space in my kitchen. Whirlpool was the only brand available at that size. I’m very grateful for that because I didn’t know what I was going to do. Thank You!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago, and am very pleased. It’s great having filtered water and ice, right in the door. On first glance, I thought the freezer side would be too small, but everything fits. The can caddy in the fridge side door is a bit awkward, but I keep playing with it, and the adjustable shelves allow for configurations that work. It perfectly fits my slightly smaller space, and for the price, it’s a great value. Overall, a great refrigerator.

First being the temperature controls are where they can be accidentally changed. I do not want to use the lock feature. The second thing I don’t like are the drawers are pretty cheap. I will have to be very careful to not weigh them down..

Only had it a few days but so far so good. Seems like a lot more room than our old traditional fridge. Always a little worried when bits fall out. See pic. It was not levelled when delivered and the door was totally out of alignment but I have fixed the door and am working on the levelling. The freezer door closes with a satisfying thud but not the main door which might have something to do with the bits that fell out one of which is a magnet. Anyone out there know where it goes?

There's abundant space for just me and my son, shelves, drawers, freezer spaces, and will have more than enough. Water tastes good with the filter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this refrigerator because I needed a specific size refrigerator for the space in my kitchen and I also wanted an exterior ice dispenser. The cost was also important. If freezer space is important then I would say the freezer is a bit narrow and limited in space. I am not sure how a pizza would fit, it would have been nice if heights of the shelves were adjustable. The refrigerator side is very large and meets my needs, plenty of room to store everything I need. The ice maker dispenser area allows for a six inch cup to fit in, otherwise you have to tilt larger cups to get ice. Which is okay, because otherwise there would be even less freezer space. Would I buy this refrigerator again, yes. If I had a family and needed more freezer space then no. Overall, the refrigerator meets my needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s exactly what we wanted. The only thing that is odd is the 2 doors are not flush. They are about 1/8 inch off. A delivery person said they are all like that. He even said he has one and it’s off. Could be a little quieter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stay away from Whirlpool. They do not stand by quality and safety. Absolutely do not buy this refrigerator. We have only had this fridge for 5 months. The non-freezer side freezes, the water constantly drips from the water spout, the ice maker might as well not exist because it makes ice slower than me using an ice tray, and now has a Freon leak. Everything smells and tastes like chemicals and Whirlpool thinks that’s safe and ok. Even with the extra purchased warranty, have been waiting for weeks. We are living out of ice chests and spending a fortune on eating out. All of our items including diabetic medicine is tainted and had to be thrown out and still no haste from Whirlpool to resolve this matter. Have called and used the chat option several times and when I request to escalate to a higher decision making person they give me the main phone line and no action. Whirlpool should be ashamed of themselves having a working family dealing with their problem rather than solving their problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has fixed shelving, so taller items only fit on the top shelf or door. Door bins can be moved. Freezer narrow, only 10" wide, so very difficult to store much in freezer, but this was the only frig I could find to fit my space. My old freezer was 13" wide so I gave up a lot of freezer space, but these new models are taller for the space. I'm keeping more in my spare frig/freezer in basement.

Luckily, I live alone so the extremely small and strangely compartmentalized areas of the freezer aren't too much of a bother. The refrigerator portion is fine, although I've had to rearrange the door shelves to accommodate the height of milk and orange juice containers.

I do have 1 issue though, when the door is opened, the fridge rolls towards you. Are there stoppers on the bottom to keep it from doing this?

I am limited to a size that will fit in my area. I also wanted ice/water on the door like I had with my previous unit. The inside setup is similar to my previous unit with just a few minor changes. I am getting used to it. I also am glad I have a frig with the built in water filter feature.
