I paid for a Tech Team membership, and I had to have my own contractor install it. The door latch for the soap dispenser has broken. I need a new latch or door for the soap dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes when I bought this dishwasher. Sadly this dishwasher is so cheaply made that the door will not close properly. I contacted them, they sent out a repair person who was told there was nothing to fix. I contacted customer care and they also told me too bad. They won't fix it or replace it because it runs and doesn't leak. I'm sorry but I paid nearly a grand for this dishwasher and it's not even straight. Seriously, if you purchased a brand new car but had to push the door sideways to shut it would you be happy? That exactly what Whirlpool expects me to do. There's a gap on one side if the door and it rubs the other side and it's going to fail but Whirlpool doesn't care. The customer care rep today kept asking if i measured my cabinets. I bought a portable dishwasher. What do my cabinets have to do with a portable dishwasher?! Never will I purchase another Whirlpool product.

This portable dishwasher is a scam. It’s overpriced a nice market value then it stopped draining when it was brand new. Does not drain! I’ve owned a dishwasher my entire life and have never owned one so bad especially after spending so much money on it. Save yourself the trouble and don’t buy this machine!!! This is a defective dishwasher!

the silverware holder is to small would prefer it in the middle. also the way the racks are set up it is hard to arrange the Dishes. Also buttons on the front are to hard to read. I hate it but have know choice but to keep it. Liked my Maytag

With the everyday activities of life, there is not a lot of time to do everything to keep up. This dishwasher is fabulous with it's one hour cycle. Fill it up, start the cycle, and dishes are clean in an hour.

Works great very pleased with this product

I bought this dishwasher in August 2022. It died 7 months after purchase. Repair guy found that the cheap mostly plastic motor is what had broken down after only 7 months of light use. Once the new mostly plastic motor was installed, this washer worked perfectly again. The repair guy said on his way out the door "you should be good for another 7 months" ...... um......what???? This machine cost me nearly $1,000 in Aug'22. It's NOT worth the money I paid. Sorry, but not sorry.

I love it! Its so nice looking, and quiet. Works great, the heat setting doesn’t dry all the way but It’s better than nothing. Other washers dont have it at all! Its really easy to roll too.

I was very happy up until last week. I've had this dishwasher for about 4 months and was over the moon happy, it saved me so much time and worked great. One day all the dishes came put covered in white powder, not clean and the ones on the bottom soaking wet. After running the same cycle 3 times with no improvement I noticed it wasn't heating the water anymore, even on a high temp cycle... very sad and disappointed for that price....
