[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just a few washes thus far, which we have been pleased with the outcome. Cycle is quiet, quick, and happily dry when complete. The 3 rack design is a great benefit for washing the cutting knives and utensils.

My dishwasher will not work any more. :( It is broken can you repair it? Is it under waranty???

Never had a dishwasher stink so bad. Also, doesn't clean them dishes very good. I have too rewash them

The pin that hold the upper rack to its runner broke. My husband ordered a replacement and fixed it. Now, just a couple of months later, the other side has broken. Also, there is a small line of rust along the very bottom of the stainless steel facing. Extremely disappointed in the quality of this dishwasher.

I bought this dishwasher and luckily I bought the extended warranty. After 16 months the dishwasher would no longer spray water to clean the dishes. The cost to repair would have been almost as much to replace it. The warranty company reimbursed me for the full cost of the purchase. Even though dealing with the extended warranty company was difficult, they did come through with the refund. I purchased another Whirlpool dishwasher and a longer extended warranty. I'm hoping the first failed product was a fluke.

Dishwasher died after 1 and 1/2 years. Cost to repair over $500. It’s incredible Whirlpool would commercialize such garbage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishes come out clean. It supposedly has dirt sensing technology" so No need to rinse. Has a delay timer, overall satisfied with my purchase. Only thing I can say about it is some of the cycles can be very long. They range from 2-6 hours. 6 hours of the dishwasher running seems a bit excessive to me. But who knows what goes on in there. It does work great though!

I bought this dishwasher along with 3 other kitchen appliances so they would all match. The pump motor quit in just over one year. It will cost 3/4 of the full price to fix it with lots of hassle. I had problems with the refrigerator with a manufacturing problem too. Poor quality control!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit 18 months ago, and it has performed flawlessly for that period of time. This dishwasher is VERY QUIET. Usually, unless the noise level in the house is very low, you will not hear this washer as it works to clean your dishes. I normally only hear a dish being moved around by the spray jets as they rotate and clean. Very quiet operation, and I can say we usually have to look at the digital display to see that indeed, the dishwasher is actually running! It cleans the plates and utensils very nicely. Almost never have to put some item back in and clean again. So, it does what it is meant ot do, clean dishes, with no fuss, no reloading, and does so with no noise intrusion into the kitchen and room close to the kitchen. We are very satisfied with this dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks nice. Already had to have it repaired 2 times. It does not dry the dishes. The cheap plastic on the top rack broke making the top rack unusable. This item is complete rubbish. I would not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm sorry I Bought this dishwasher. The cleaning cycle is about 3 hours. And that doesn't get the dishes clean . I have to rinse everything off before putting in dishwasher. 3 hours is a lot of electricity to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchase 2 months ago. 3 hours for a cleaning cycle. Somewhat noisy or at least as noisy as my previous kenmore 2001 model dishwasher. Worst thing for me is the "gray" color of the inside of Dishwasher. You have to be very careful when removing silverware from utensil rack. The gray color makes it difficult to see all silverware and especially knives since I load my utensils pointing up half the time. Disappointed in noise and very disappointed in the color of inside of unit. Difficult to see. Actually a poor safety factor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s all plastic and unfortunately it came with my home.! I’m afraid to use it, there’s a extra piece and the silverware holder doesn’t even stay in place. I’m going to try to sell it and upgrade.

Works pretty well, but the quality is poor. Upper rack has 2 wheels that won't stay attached as the clips holding them broke already and the clip holding the rack on the track won't stay put either.

I asked my daughter if she had any wishes for the new kitchen and she immediately asked that a dishwasher be installed. I grimaced when she said that as I've only had two dishwashers in previous homes and those were not positive experiences. But, I went ahead and had this dishwasher put in. Surprisingly, this has been a delight to use and the videos and tips in the Whirlpool emails have been very helpful for a dishwasher novice like me. I am impressed with how quiet this dishwasher is and even more so, by seeing how squeaky clean everything emerges after one cycle - I have a splatter screen which I was going to throw away but after running it through one cycle, it looks brand-new without any oily residue around the rim! I am so glad I listened to my daughter and had this installed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my Whirlpool dishwasher I had for 23 years. The dishwasher is alot quiter than the old one. The only thing I am not happy with is the basket for the silverware. It sits loose in the lower drawer.
