Been running about 3 weeks - no issues so far - little bit of a pain setting to 2$ fee but not so bad - wish it would charge more than 2$

I purchased this garbage washer to replace an older one. I should have read the reviews. After 6 months the junk broke down. The appliance people they sent to fix it couldn't fix it. Went there FOUR times took over a month and STILL could not fix it. I called Whirlpool to see if they would give me a replacement and they couldn't. The people they sent to fix it couldn't do so. They guy didn't know what he was doing and kept replacing parts that didn't need to be replaced hoping that he could basically rebuild the machine. He couldn't and he ended up walking away. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF JUNK. WHIRLPOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE THAN THE CRAPPY MACHINE THEY ARE SELLING YOU

Easy to install and seem to be very steady machine, the time will tell how durable it will be. Only complained is the coin operator only can accept 2 dollars max per cycle.

Easy setup and running. Changing the coin to $2.00 was time consuming but can be done if planned with time.

All 3 do not work, the Rince cycle leaves the contents remaining in socking water. I contacted Whirlpool for the warranty. There is no one in this area to fix it. They are trying to find someone without any luck and the 7 days time to find someone has expired. What are you going to do?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer to replace an identical one that was not that old. It just would have cost about as much to repair the old one. I do like the large capacity coin box.

Our tenants liked the top load more than the front load washers...but be very aware & do your research on Whirlpool products - we manage several apartment complexes & bought this co-op top load washer for over $1k in August 2021- it is now May 2023 - the washer stopped spinning out & the cost to replace the part is over $630 + tax - we have had questionable experience with all Whirlpool products over the years - so be aware especially with the concerns for customer service.

We installed a new machine two months ago in our small laundry room with two washers and dryers. But, it has been dispensing washes without quarters, leading to revenue loss as tenants have figured this out. The repair process has been slow and unsatisfactory, with the technician lacking experience and the necessary parts being backordered. A month has passed with no progress, extending our revenue loss. If possible, I'd return this machine and switch brands.

bought this washer for our RV. park laundry room, this is the number two which I bought lest than a year, my customers are very please with them.

Ive been purchasing commercial washers and dryers feom HD for the better part of 15 years. Last Friday a commercial washer was delivered and set up. Today a tenant was using it and in the wash cycle it was rhythmically banging. It wasn’t overloaded. Just making a banging noise which stopped when it went into the next cycle. So i called HD and was told it couldnt be exchanged but has to have whirlpool come out to repair it…$1200, a week old and now it has to be repaired.

This washing machine is absolute junk. Whirlpool is awful to deal with. They give you 48 hours to call about an exchange, including the weekend… I called and because the 48 hours was over the weekend, I couldn’t exchange.
