We bought this washer in June 2020. Only 3-4 months later did I notice white linty, powdery substance on dark clothes after they came out of the wash. I have tried everything I know to prevent this - separating fabrics for washes, regular washer cleaning cycles, using only a tiny amount of liquid HE detergent - to no avail. I've even had a repair appointment and the guy said there was nothing he could do because there were no error codes on the machine and it does at the very basic level wash clothes and there are no mechanical problems. I don't even want to wash dark clothes in this anymore knowing that they'll look worse when they come out than when I put them in. If I look hard enough I can even see it on white sheets that I recently washed. Luckily it seems to come off in the dryer but not all clothes go in the dryer. Very disappointed in this and do not recommend this washer at all.

Whirlpool had a good name with me. I bought this washer in April 2020. This washer has lots of bells and whistles but does not clean my clothes. Dark clothes consistently come out with what appears to be lint and/or soap on them. This happens regularly and I do not have any towels in the load. I have to wipe my clothes with a dark colored, wet washcloth to remove spots. Please see pictures. I read the hints from the Whirlpool site about this problem and used very little HE soap but I still have issues. In addition, clothes end up getting twisted to the point of tangling and stretching sleeves and pant legs. How did washing clothes get so complicated? I wish I could return this machine. I'm missing my 1992 Maytag washer.

Bought this about a month ago. Works great for the most part but some items come out with white powdery marks on them. I only use liquid soap, not powder so not sure why this is happening.

I did my homework. Actually, I fell down the rabbit hole and read way too many reviews and looked at way too many warrantee programs. I finally picked this washer. I haven’t had a very long, only a couple weeks, but I can honestly say I don’t have any complaints. Everything is washed when it comes out, the machine isn’t louder than any other machine I’ve ever owned, I love the pre-wash feature, water levels are great. I do a lot of laundry since I have kids on chemotherapy so I needed some thing that was dependable. I hope it continues along this path because so far it’s been a little workhorse!

I was originally bummed because I really wanted a front load washer but couldn't fit any of them because of the dimensions of my bathroom. But now, I couldn't be happier. This is the best of both worlds! Without the agitator, it's basically a front load washer, just larger, and I never have to worry about the seal leaking in the front. It holds so many clothes and is ridiculously quiet. I'm able to wash my king size comforter and my 6 piece king sheet set together with no issues. I love all the settings. Also love the self cleaning option and the chimes for when it's done. The delay start is really convenient too! I've used it to start the wash an hour and a half before I wake up so I can just throw everything in at night and it's fresh when I wake up to toss in the dryer. Or if the kids all need baths at night I delay the start until bath time is over so they have hot water. I highly recommend this washer. It's amazing and looks beautiful.

The best washer I have ever owned; it far exceeded by expectations. I love the prewash button inside tub for spots. I wanted a tub size that would do my king size comforters; this is larger than I even thought as I have room to spare when washing my bedding. I am thrilled with the what to wash and how to wash cycles as I think it will prolong the life of my clothing, bedding, etc. Last, but not least, the machine is absolutely QUIET when compared to every other washer I have owned over the past 48 years. Highly recommend.

So far it is fantastic. My only issue is how flimsy the detergent dispenser is. Almost afraid to use it. I actually don't. I just throw the pods in the bottom. Lol. Overall I say I am very happy with my purchase.

We bought this on April 5, 2018. After two months of using it, we noticed it was leaving our clothes dirty. Called manufacturer and unfortunately, we were stuck with it. We decided to wash all load on deep water mode and wash in smaller quantities. Today, May 28, 2020, it just stopped washing. It's full of water. Does not want to drain. We disconnected it to see it will reset. Did not work. Calling Whirlpool tomorrow morning to see what they say. Overall, we do not recommend it. Old washing machines would last for years. It is hard to find a good washing machine now a days.

This washer is amazing! My last washer was a front loader so this washer is SO much better. It has smart tech and it's so easy to operate.

The washer has been easy to use and I am very satisfied with my new machine.

Wasn’t easy to level. Feet kept coming off. Had to use a piece of wood. Also don’t like how long it takes to wash things. An hour to do a blanket?? Really???

I really like this washer so far. I love the faucet feature. My only complaints are it is loud and having to hold the start button down to start it. And by loud I mean it is loud. Other than that it is great.

We have had this washing machine for just over a month, and for the most part we are satisfied with this purchase. It is a tad bit louder than we would have liked, but not too bad. There was also a grinding noise the first couple of loads, but it went away after a few uses. It does a good job of washing clothes, and the built in faucet is kinda cool. The control panel is very user friendly. At this price point, we are satisfied with our purchase.

Enter, the new washer. HUGE capacity, rinse feature helped get the stain out, and the comforter fit in the machine! Came out clean, sweet smelling, and best of all dried in a decent amount of time. Thrilled with this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about a week ago and it is amazing! I have a family of 8 and this washer gets our clothes so clean! I love the deep water selection and the timer. And most of all.....the built in faucet feature! This is a wonderful addition and an absolute need for families with kids. It does have some clicks and whirr noises to get used to but other than that it's very quiet. I bought the recommended Affresh cleaner. I have a counter out so I can keep track of how many loads I do before I have to do a cleaning (recommended every 30 loads). Dirty loads I click it twice. I want to make sure this beautiful machine is well maintained. I havent even taken the protective film off! I would reccomend this washer to EVERYONE!

My clothes come out ridiculously dirty!!!! I am beyond upset!
