The water line valve is made out of plastic (they need to change to metal) and couldn't withstand the water line coming in without leaking everywhere. The other end, nut is short and made me strip my water valve source(make longer). Very poorly done. Making ice is fine with adding water manually.

This ice maker works great. Makes ice really fast. The quality of the ice degrades as it sits in the maker. But it makes it so fast you can just toss out the older cubes.

Very satisfied with the purchase. Exactly what I thought I was getting and the ice is soft and perfect!!!!

This ice maker worked well for two or three hours but than no more it would always shut off after programing.

I gave this ice maker 3 stars because while it created ice quickly, I found that it would melt just as quickly because its not insulated. I ultimately purchased this unit because it was one of the few that had direct water line capabilities. However I returned it partly from my error because I did not read the description thoroughly; my goal was to have ice ready constantly and I thought the reserve bin was like a freezer but it isn't, when the ice melts the water gets recirculated. This item would be ideal for you if you want to use it a day or so here and there but if your plan is to have it running all the time I would look at another option.

The ice doesn’t stay frozen in the machine do it sticks together when put in the freezer. Other than that I love it

so far so good..... I haven't had time to hook it up to the water supply yet, but I expect that to be even more convenient. Right now it's doing a great job of replacing my broken Samsung refrigerator ice-maker and as long as I remember to add water now and then, it keeps us in ice round-the-clock.

All I wanted was ice & I still don't have any. Do NOT buy this. It never worked!! Waste of money and many hours trying to get it to work. Still sitting in my basement.

When I received the machine one of the interior tray was broken and the machine never became cold. I was sent a replacement and this machine would not work either, it never became cold and the mechanical parts didn't work. Try a different ice maker!

The icemaker doesn't make nearly the advertised amount of ice. It usually has only enough to fill a large glass. Mornings it is usually empty and I have to fiddle with the switches to get it going again. It doesn't display low water level but adding water seems to help. I did hook the machine up to a water source but it blew the fitting off and flooded my kitchen. I would recommend a better fitting and perhaps a metal water line.

Great product. Out produces the built in refrigerator ice maker.

Gonna hook it up to a water line and see if it improves be cause right it stops after two buckets of ice and sails it’s out of water when it has plenty so right now I am not happy

We purchased this unit 3 months ago. We run a private residency with a personal chef. We find that the machine keeps up quite well for beverage service as well as the chef uses the ice to cook food items rapidly. The recovery time is impressive. As stated in the reviews I read before purchase it would be great if the unit was insulated. However I am considering purchasing one for my home use. Thanks

We’ve used this ice maker for at least two months. It is a fantastic piece of equipment that use daily. We hooked it up to a water line, and it is so wonderful not to add water. So convenient l!

Works great

Spent easily over $300-$500 year on ice with summer and kids activities, this unit produces ice quickly and sufficiently. Well worth the money and saves times without stopping at the store to get a bag of ice to fill something up.

Didn't work. No ice made in 2 days. Had to return it to the store.

This ice maker works great! I bought it for the breakroom of a factory. Produces enough ice that we started bagging it have now have 3 gallon size bags in the freezer full for back up. Easy to use and hook up a waterline to.

Works as advertised no complaints.

Very nice and fast making Ice, The little screen does not stay lit up, so you have to watch for low water, but as soon as I hook up the water supply that will fix that. nice machine

So everything is working. Fairly quick ice recovery. Seems to function well.
