I got this because its supposed to be pine door casing. When i got it to my project, i opened the bundle and noticed that the outside pieces of casing in the bundler were pine, but the rest were MDF. Not happy at all about the deception. This is just isnt how yo treat people

Purchased this kit for a quick install. The pre-mitered cuts were nowhere near 45 degrees. For me it was an easy fix, but maybe for the homeowner without the skills or correct tools it would make for a very ugly job. This was an absolute waste of time and money. Will not recommend or purchase again.

item description says: 5 pcs of 84" i thought each pack would be enough to make casing to both sides of a door. wrong. i'ts just good for one side. the 3 packs that i bought will just cover 1.5 doors. another problem is that package arrived with broken pieces. probably from shipping. some pieces have dents in them also.

This product is garbage. I ordered 3 of this item and 2 of them had issues. In one bundle one of the finger-joints was separated and one of the trim pieces was the wrong profile. In the other bundle the finger-joint on one of the pieces was coming apart. Luckily Home Depot's return policy allows you to return Internet orders to a store.

We removed our 50 year molding replaced with the casing set. The room looks so modern!

No problems, worked out fine for what we needed.

Quality finish and product at reasonable price

For a quick and easy install

It was a little hard to put up. If I were a pro installer I am sure it would be a piece of cake easy.

The molding came straight and was finished in primer. The ends were angled cut, making my job easier.

It was 36” set for 36” door but was about 3” too long on cross piece (first time I ever bought precut). Easy to cut down to size and very handy for getting it done quickly!

The guy that helped me was very helpful and professional.

The top piece was to short to fit a 36” door so I had to purchase an extra piece to replace it!

The trim package was nice but the quality of the trim was poor.

Was nice to have it painted so was installed quickly.

We received the molding in good condition.
