I have submitted a review to support@zgrills.com. it was a review of the assembly process, instructions and first fire up. Currently is cold in MN so it's tough smoking weather. I did cook a pork tenderloin this week and it was delicious.

It's a great grill, but my problem is that I don't get the smokey flavor that I was looking for. They said it may be the pellets that I'm using. So I will try another brand.

After doing some research I decided to buy the Z Grill with great reviews at a fraction of the cost he was considering on a different brand. The ease of using this grill is amazing to both of us. We have now cooked several, absolutely PERFECT meats. Seriously the taste would rival the best of restaurants. We are thrilled with this purchase!

Smoked them for a couple of hours on low and cranked the heat up till they were crispy! Very simple to control and appears to be built well.

I got the grill as a gift for my father, he was so excited to use it. It shipped fast and was very well packaged. It works amazingly!

They addressed the issue quickly and completely. The directions to put the grill together are simple. They even include all the tools you need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Traeger Pellet grill for 6+ years and enjoyed it to the fullest. However nothing last forever. I found the Z-Grill's middle heating unit provided more STABLE cooking temps than Traeger . I love this smoker. That being said; I think Traeger has better metal casing. Z-grill is a much better looking product. Give and take but I am very satisfied

I actually got my smoker Z700D the day before i had to cook 4 turkeys for church Thanksgiving supper cooked 2 in roaster 1 in oven & smoked on my new Z 700D it turn out great i put rub on turkey nite before not knowing if i would get grill or not so it came at 3 o'clock that afternoon put together burned off & it was ready put on at 9 :30 next mourning cooked on 225 & used apple wood pellets & didn't know how it would turn out but turned out perfect everyone loved the smoked turkey. So far its not let me down. Great grill would recommend to anyone interested in a smoke grill works great and great price .....Good luck to all that purchases a Z Grill want be no bad choose ...till next time great grilling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this thing! It is built really well and easy to assemble. Great smoke and control. I had been using electric for years and never got a great smoke ring or flavor, but this grill knock it out of the park great smoke penetration and flavor. The hardest part to get used to is it doesn’t need much babysitting just turn it on throw the meat in and wait. Great for pizza as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I love my zgrill. The only area of concern I have is the ceramic coating on the cooking surface. I’ve had ceramic before a and they have eventually chipped and began to come off in my food. I’ll try and be super careful not to chip it but I would have paid a bit more for a cast iron rack. Perhaps as an option would be nice. The grill performs flawlessly and cleanup is easy compared to my bullet style smoke I had before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience using the grill has been great. It was easy to put together by myself in a very reasonable amount of time. I've only been able to fire the grill up a couple of times to date, but I am more than pleased at this point with my purchase. We cooked some pheasant and vegetables on it over the weekend and the result was excellent. Looking forward to ribs and much else.

Bought this for myself husband as he‘s been recently addicted to watching the food channels and smokin anything. Thought this would be a great first time smoker based off Consumer Reports reviews. Hit the Mark and he’s loving it... I’m enjoying eating the fruit of labor too!
