After applying product as directed I used a scrub brush to loosen the dirt and grime. Then I used a medium pressure nozzle on my water hose to rinse off. I had to go over some spots twice, but it was YEARS of buildup. I also used it on the railings and did not have to scrub. The rinse with pressure wash nozzle was enough.

I don’t have pressure washer, but my Ryobi power scrubber with deck brush did the job. I used the maxed strenght mixture and dunk the brush in to a bucket for each half of a panel. Rinsed and when over a 2nd time. The water black and then light grey when finished. I then stained after a hour drying.

I clean my rear deck every spring since I built it 13 years ago. Used this Zep cleaner made one for use with pressure washers . It's cheaper than any of the others, and is made to be used with a power washer that has a chemical injection hose . I was able to spray my entire deck in less than 3 minutes compared to over 30 minutes with a hand held sprayer I used with other products, and more even coverage. And it only took about ¾ of the gallon. This is hands down the best cleaner I've ever used.

We had an eight-year-old untreated wooden fence that had never been cleaned. We have several trees, so the fence gets a lot of mildew and algae. We treated following the instructions and used an electric 1750 psi power washer with a yellow (15 degree) tip. Happy with the results. We ended up using two gallons. Good value for the price.

You need at least a 3000 psi pressure washer for this to work effectively on fences. Follow the directions and on a 6" picket, soak the picket with the proper ratio solution then wait 10-15 minutes. Blast all the old mildew and discoloration off with the full 3000 psi with the 40 degree tip - go up and down each picket twice - two on the left and two on the right. Amazing results!

I’m not sure what the expectation is with a product like this but I followed the instructions and it seemed to work very well. My only concern is how long it will last as it does not appear to have any ingredients to help keep the mold, mildew, and algae away. Having said that I will continue to use unless I find something better.

I followed instructions on how to use cleaner but I felt that it didn’t do a good job. My deck was still dirty after I used the cleaner

Works great for moss

It really did very little to remove the scale and mossy growth and stains to my aged deck wood. It took the high pressure washer to remove it. No deference using this product. Save your money.
