Expecting a more granular oil-dry like I have used in the past, I was skeptical when I opened the bag and the ZEP spill absorber was a powder. I was pleasantly surprised when it not only efficiently and completely absorbed a quantity of oil spilled while changing the oil in my lawn tractor, but was easy to sweep up. I am very pleased with the performance of this product. I bought two bags and gave one to my son who does his own oil changes. Excellent product!

I accidentally dropped a container of power steering in my shop, and it was all over, put spill absorber all over it, let it sit for a couple minutes, and sweeped it up, it was like nothing was ever spilled, this product is amazing!

I had a 5 quart motor oil spill on my driveway. I am glad Home Depot maintains a great inventory of this item. It absorbed the oil very well. I will keep this product handy in case of another unexpected spill.

Worked awesome for what I needed

very powdery material that instantly absorbed the oil spill I had. Had approximately a half quart of motor oil drop on some sealed asphalt. Took about 2/3 of the bag to clean it up very nicely. My hands didn't even get oily.

Easy to use. Affordable. Did the job I needed it to do, which was to absorb oil from my driveway.

I had several types of substances on the garage floor under my car, one of which looked like dried up antifreeze. I poured a bit of water on the dry areas, followed the easy instructions on the bag of ZEP and it dried everything up into a powder that I could sweep up. It was simple to use and did the job. Now I have cardboard under my car to determine if there is leak I need to address.

Works about as good as leaves and dirt from the alley. Wear a mask when applying because this will dust up your area. Not recommended for mechanic assembly areas.

awful...ineffective and a total wast. I would have needed 3x the quantity i purchased.
