I bought this pitcher for my 65+ mom so that she wouldn't have to buy gallons and individual water bottles from the grocery store as often. The pitcher is a good size and the water tastes fine. It is lightweight. The only problems are that the spout is uncovered (seems unhygienic) and the top lid is nearly impossible to grasp and remove when you want to add more water! It seems like other reviewers had the same problem. You can stick a finger in the spout, or use your fingernails for lift the top edges of the lid, or you can glue a handle to the lid. I opted to buy a clear PopSocket handle meant for a cell phone and affixed it to the top of the lid because I didn't want to deal with returning this item in the mail. I would not recommend this item due to the difficulty in removing the lid. It became frustrating very quickly. I especially do not recommend it for the elderly. (I have a different Zero Water pitcher at my apartment. My pitcher is one size larger and we have no issues. It's a nice experience as the spout is covered and the lid is easier to remove. I think it's worth spending a few more dollars for that version.)

I’ve been using zero water for 2 years minimum, and recently moved. My belongings haven’t arrived yet and yesterday I drank unfiltered water for the first time since I got my first pitcher. It’s insane the difference these filters make! I actually spit the water out. I read some of these one star comments and most of them are the people’s faults for not changing the filter as soon as it read .06. If you use it as instructed you will have the best tasting water of your life.

Perfect size for a single person, easy to refill and water tastes great.

The spigot noticeably leaks when engaged, rendering it useless. Ditto the TDP measurement devise. Did not know about the lemon taste until about 6 mugs of tea were wasted. Not fun

My husband has had kidney stones multiple times. His daughter has to have surgery as she had so many stones. A kind Urologist recommended this product and it has been years since they have had kidney stones.

We bought our container a couple months ago and leave on counter next to sink. We have a filter for the cold water from sink and easily fill our Zero water from there. Love, love, love our Zero water. Not only is water 100% better but so is our ice now. I am thinking of getting the pitcher for our motorhome. No ice maker, so will always use the Zero water system. Forever!!!

Carrying water from the store is hard for elders. ZeroWater Bottles make water taste CLEAN

The battery compartment fits ether side, there is not way to know the right side once it's been removed.

Brand that delivers. Quality product. No problems whatsoever. Highly recommend. Miraculous to get what you expect and paid for from an online order as the majority of my other purchases from other Brands ordered online have an issue. Thank you ZeroWater!!

I love my zero water had a little issue it was leaking near the seal idk if it wasn't on tight enough

Sent filters to be recycled, but never got any of the promised credit. Never heard anything back. Sent 2 boxes of 8 filters each. So was a waste of postage and time.

The size is just right for 2. I like the taste of the filtered water and feel it is healthier than plain tap water.

Love my pitcher. I keep it in refrigerator and it’s nice and cold.

Honestly it has a weird aftertaste and I switched back to bottled water because I don't trust things with a weird aftertaste. I'm sure it's probably cleaner than city water, but it sucks not having water that tastes good from a filter.

Our son-in-law recommended ZeroWater. We got our pitcher shipped fast. We have extra-heavily-chlorinated tap water this year for some reason (God only knows how many other chemicals are in it.) After we filtered it, the smell of chlorine was absent and the water was delicious. My husband and I are sold. I immediately bought a bunch more filters for the longterm. We make our coffee and tea with it. We dilute our canned creamy soups with it. We drink more water now simply because now it's perfectly safe to drink. We make sure when the kids and grandkids are over that they know that well-filtered water is in the fridge, in multiple pitchers. Yes, it takes a few minutes to get enough water filtered for the day's supply, but we multitask really well here. Thank you for your excellent product.

Water is my primary beverage so it's important that it tastes great! My granddaughter has inherited my sensitivity to the taste of water (it truly varies) so I purchased this pitcher for her. It is the BEST water filtration system that I've come across and I've tried MANY. You can taste the difference! It is also the best price value because the filters are accurate and last longer.

It does work as promised, brings TDP down to 0. A tad bit expensive, and also one more thing to wonder is, if 186 (tap water TDP) is bad at all, and if 0 is really necessary.

Top quality water filter, with measurable results. Feels more substantial than Brita and performs better too. No going back now. I’m sold.

The top front half pops off and won’t stay once you snap it back on. It’s constantly falling off and extremely aggravating

I would give this product a 5 star review on its TDS reduction. It does what it advertised. Amazing! Unfortunately, the very short life of the filters (our water has TDS levels around 300) makes this product totally impractical for us.

Hard to open the lid. Have to touch the tip and it is not safe.

Had it a week, it's INCREDIBLE ‼️ Colorado has some really hard water along with sulfur, and this is the ONLY water filter that WORKS❣️

I like this smaller version of the pitcher because I have arthritic hands and it is easier to use without difficulty. I recommend it for anyone with this physical disability.
