How long does this mattress take to fully fill out? Still looks the same as when I took the plastic off and still mattes has risen an inch. It has been hours.

The bed did not inflate as it should. Only got to 10 1/2 inches after a week. This was the second one we got as the first one was even worse. They sent us a new one after the first go and both times we opened them immediately and followed all the directions exactly but both times they did not expand and also were very hard.

Zinus mattress is the best acquisition for my money. I don't have any regrets. Help me relief the pain in my hips and my shoulders. This mattress is a miracle. I fully recommend. Thank you Zinus!!

Very good sleeping. Bed didn't heat up in the night. It was sent in vacuum sealed bag. Had no issues with it inflating to size

Lemon. Never inflated

I love Zinus mattresses and have been purchasing them for years. The cloud mattress is the 1st mattress that did not fully expand. It got to 8 inches instead of 12. The manufacturer would not do anything to help me, they told me to wait it out. I waited a week. It was so hard to find someone with a truck to return it back to Home Depot that I decided it wasn't worth the risk of purchasing another. I purchased a Chime mattress from a furniture store it inflated to the full 12 inches in 4 hours

My husband has arthritis and non healing fractures in his spine. He sleep much better on this mattress than in our old one. I also find it comfy and we haven’t had any issues with the foam returning to height. We did let it rise Undisturbed for 36 hours initially before laying on it. We love this mattress

I got the shipment earlier than I expected. It was manageable to unbox by myself. I am very happy with this purchase. It has exceeded all expectations.

It took 2 days to fully expand but the wait was worth it. Best sleep I've had in years.

I love this mattress! No more back pain!

The mattress took longer than expected to get to the 8inches in height in my opinion it never quite made it. The mattress is comfortable to lay down on. I bought it for my granddaughter and she says it's fine BUT I have not slept on it.

Not as plush As I was hoping. Still too firm. Makes my hips hurt and arms fall asleep.

Sheets are skratchy even after washing. I would return if i had not washed them

Did not totally decompress. Took it out of the packaging and laid it out for 5 days. Was supposed to be a 10" mattress but it was maybe 5".

This is my second ZINUS mattress. the first one was absolutely magic. The second one I bought a year later for my guest bed room just never really "inflated" the same. not bad, not good. great price so quality to price in this case are going hand in hand.

It was very easy to Assemble. And very comfortable

This mattress is not plush and comfy! I had to buy a 3” topper for it to be bearable.

Be prepared to roll to the middle every night. And it is so hard to get out of since you sink to the middle. But it is very comfortable.

It feels firm for the softest mattress available. I don’t love it.

We have ordered many different styles from Zinnus and the various styles/names are hard to keep track of . Some are fabulous and others aren’t . It’s kind of hit or miss with this brand
