The device didn’t do exactly what I expected, doesn’t do that great of a job picking up dirt, and in terms of going in a straight line or calculated direction, it kind of goes where it wants to. Also, the remote doesn’t work, and I wouldn’t really recommend it.

I have had my bObsweep Pro Robotic Vacuum Cleaner, Gold for about two years now. I am extremely pleased with how he cleans. If this is your first robotic vacuum, you will be pleasantly surprised. My floors look so good when Bob is finished. It is awesome how Bob puts himself back on the charging station when he is finished vacuuming everywhere.

As a first time home owner, this has been a life saver! This vacuum does not only looks stylish,but also gets to clean my floor for up to 100 minutes. It’s remote control gives you six different modes including a scheduled time, which is totally convenient if you are a busy person. What I love the most about Bobsweep is that I leaves your floor with 0 hairs and it is not loud at all. I would totally recommend to put this on your wishlist.

After my parents saw what my older bObsweep was capable of, they had to have their own and purchased this model second-hand about a year ago. It's super helpful around the home shared with pet dogs and cats, and bObsweep customer service is remarkable!

We have our Bob for over a year. I’m a vacuum freak, and used to do it on my own almost everyday but since I got Bob as a gift from my husband I majorly left the work to it. Life has been way easier!!! Moreover amaaaaazing customer service!!!

I run my bobsweep pro everyday. I have two dogs and 3 kids and it manages to keep my floors clean. I have a low couch so sometimes he gets stuck underneath, but it’s easy to get him unstuck and he continues on his way. I called customer service a few weeks ago when my charging station was faulty. They sent me a whole new charging station free of cost.

I so appreciate my Bobsweep Pro Robotic vacuum! It works great on tile floors, and rugs! It does really well maneuvering from floor to rug. And this vacuum picks up everything in it's path (that fits in its dustbin - including a missing diamond earring)! It's easy to empty the dustbin, clear off the brush roller, clean away! I use mine every day - you just schedule it with the remote control - very easy. The instruction book is easy to read and understand, and the tools included in the box are greatly appreciated too. Tip: Register your device as soon as you can! Did I mention stellar Customer Service??? I had a problem recently with my Bob, I'd been using him daily for 8 months. It was under warranty, and after troubleshooting the issue, Daniel in Customer Service had a shipping label sent to me, in order to ship Bob back for a check up. Within a couple of days, a replacement Bob was at my doorstep! I love and appreciate that Customer Service was in touch with me from beginning to end! I am now a forever customer for many reasons-my expectations have been exceeded. Thank you!

I just want to start off by saying bobsweep customer service is AMAZING! Secondly I want to say we are a family of 2 adults 2 children 2 cats and 5 LARGE DOGS this vacuum was a must and I dont know how we ever lived without it he picks up a ton of dust and hair. If I had to change anything about bobsweep it would be that it had a self dump and bristles that the dog hair wouldnt get tangled around because it picks up so much hair iam dumbing hin a few times when hes running to be fair I empty my regular vacuume out 2 times as well when I run it I just want a lazy feature that allows self dump lol.we do love our bob though and he definitely cuts down vacume time.

I love bOb! He is working hard, works great in our home with a family of 4 and two cats. The machine itself is very easy to maintain and clean up. When front wheel stopped working I asked their customer service and they replaced it with a new bOb with very low price. They responded to my email quick and sent me a new one. I will recommend bObsweep to all my friends!

We are so pleased with our bObSweep! We have two dogs and two cats and this machine reduces the pet hair by nearly 100%. Bob does wonderfully at keeping out hardwoods and rug clean. We have to empty the waste container daily because of all that it picks up. As a very busy household, Bob has become a necessity. Bob does great at working around obstacles and has well designed sensors to help him navigate. We were surprised how well he does with getting all areas, corner to corner. Lastly, we have also experienced bObSweep Customer Service which was top notch. We had a sensor issue that bObSweep worked on and fixed for us swiftly. They also are great at communicating to you as the customer. We HIGHLY recommend bObSweep!

When looking for these vacuums they can get expensive real quick. Here this product is very affordable and WOW. Gets all the dirt you thought you swept up. Easy user guide. Very simple for everyone to use.

The purchase of the Bobsweep Pro Robotic Vacuum Cleaner was the best purchase ever made! It is a life saver with keeping all my floors daily cleaned. It is able to go under beds and other furniture that is hard to reach. It’s amazing to see exactly what has been collected in the bin. I could not be without this device. I recently had to call customer service and Daniel offered excellent service. He kept me updated via emails and helped me with the process of sending it back for repairs. I highly recommend this product and also the great customer service you receive if need be. They truly stand behind their products!

We live in a 1,800 sq. ft. home with two dogs and our two young boys. Our floors are ceramic “wood look” tile with very thin grout lines. We’ve had Shark and Dyson vacuums and BoBsweeep is the only machine that keeps our floor feeling clean and grit free. BoB picks up all of the dirt, dust, and dogs hair. BoB does a great job of fitting underneath furniture such as our couch and beds. This helps so much with allergies because there is literally no place for dust bunnies to hide. BoB picks up large particles as well as very fine particles or dust and debris. The BoB customer support team is the best I have ever dealt with. We have had two BoBsweeps over the past 7 years. They last a very long time and the quality is exceptional. We recently upgraded to this newer model, however our original BoBSweep Pet Hair was still in fine working condition. We run our BoB one to two times per day. The battery life and bin capacity are wonderful! We also have a few area rugs that BoB keeps effortlessly clean. He is very intuitive and adjusts to the different thickness and textures.

After trying Bob pet hair and Kobot we took a chance on Bob Pro. It was on sale and totally worth every penny. we do not have rugs, just low profile through mats by the doors. Kids named t Jr or Bobby J because it is smaller then Bob Pet hair, it is Quietest out of all 3 we tried. Has amazing design, tray that easy to remove and empty, brush that is also easy to remove and doesnt require any screws. The front wheel is designed to spin freely and is easier to clean that one on Bob Pethair. Kobot is a cheap but decent pobotic vac on a budget. Here are the features we liked in Bob Pet hair: Bigger floor brush, more power, different modes that you can chose for a specific project, LOVE map attachment. BUT it is lowder, harder to clean, BIGGER and gets stuck under the counters and furniture. Bobby J is VERY quiet, somehow figures out the pattern, runs about 3 hrs on non carpeted floors, very easy to clean. He is our winner. we are smitten by Bobby J. with 4 cats and 2 kids our house never looked this clean. During the run we have to empty tray 2 times and we clean it after every use. Filter we use the old tooth brush to brush dust away. They only feature I miss is a mop attachment, but that is when I had kids Swiffer once a week... It is really nice to be able to walk around the house bare feet without cat litter or crumbs sticking to your feet.... It is also very stylish

Purchased bObsweep earlier this year it was working great going around living room cleaning rug. Then just last week the charging station went bad bOb could not be charged. Went to website https://www.bobsweep.com/ wrote to customer service which they then sent a new charger. Received it the other day. Charged bOb up he is now back to work, doing what bOb does best. So if you want a great robot along with a great customer service give bOb try

One overnight charge and no more floor debris on my bare feet! At nine months old, Bob was having issues. I called customer service. I received a shipping label at no charge to me. Two weeks later, Bob was back and as good as new!

Let me start by saying we have a 2300 square foot house with all laminate wood floors and three dogs. When we first got Bob I wasn’t blown away at what he did because it didn’t leave us with completely clean floors like I had hoped. I also felt like we had to do a lot of cleaning and maintenance on him in between cleanings. That’s mostly because of all the dog and human hair he had to deal with. The more time that went on the less frequently I ran him and instead just vacuumed myself. Well, I soon realized that Bob was helping much more than I gave him credit for, so I started using him more regularly. Then, something awful happened. He stopped working! I immediately contacted the Bobsweep customer service team and asked what my options were. Let me tell you that they were incredibly accommodating, attentive and helpful. Before I knew it I had a shipping label to send Bob in for a complete check up and repair! While he was away I missed him DEARLY and my dusty hairy floors showed us all what a huge help he truly is. No, he doesn’t get the entire floor spotless clean— that’s nearly impossible. But he does make a big difference in the daily maintenance of Keeping the hair and dust to a minimum and that’s all I can ask for from such a little guy and such a big job. I decided I wouldn’t ever take him for granted again and when I got him back I immediately set him on a schedule. I won’t complain about his daily maintenance if that means keeping him in shape to tend to our floors daily and help keep them looking cared for! Also, you can’t beat the price for a great robotic vacuum! Thanks Bobsweep! You’ve got a customer for life!

I received Bob Jones I from my husband for Christmas two years ago. We loved him from the first. We cared for him as he cared for our floors. We ran him through his paces too - we tried to get him to fall down steps, but his sensors stopped him every time. We thought he wouldn't make it over our thresholds, but he walked himself back until he could get up enough momentum. We learned how to take out each little part and get all the hair and other debris out. He tried to hang himself on a window blind once, but we rescued him in time. He retrieved Legos, he ate clouds and clouds of dog hair tumbleweeds. We learned what all of his signals meant. But then one day, he stopped going. We cleaned and cleaned, to no avail. Then we called customer support and they were even more amazing than Bob himself. They reassured us that we'd done all we could for Bob and that we needed to send him in to the Bob Hospital. All we had to do was pay for the postage. The surgeons there tried their best, they really did, but Bob's front brushes just wouldn't go like they were supposed to. They regretfully informed us that Bob Jones I had swept his last, but that in death, he'd donated his vital organs so that other Bobs could continue working. They also very happily sent us Bob Jones II, brand new, in perfect condition. After several weeks of not being able to get him to work with Bob Jones I's remote though, we contacted customer service again. They sent us the exact info that we needed and Bob II is now also a treasured member of the Jones family and is happily cleaning our home once again. We HIGHLY recommend the BOBSweep company. Our Bobs themselves have been super easy to clean and get to work like we want, and the customer service is phenomenal!

From its simplicity to customer support when needed, my experience has been way above average in terms of value. Other much more expensive brands doesn't justified the broad price difference. Bobsweep is definitely the bang for the buck

Con: It doesn't go in a pattern and start back where it left off like how it's advertised. It also gets stuck on the area rug, so I have to follow it or block it from going in. I feel like it's a waste of time to follow it. I might as well as vaccum the place myself. Also, the one I got seemed used since it had scratches and marks on there. I exchanged one last time because of the same issues--doesn't clean properly and takes a very long time and kept running into things. I would return it, but I can't due to COVID19 codes re: closures. Pro: it can clean under the bed where I cannot go under with a regular vaccum.

Sleek design with nice color(mine is steel). Moreover, it works fantastic, catches all tiny micro dirt on the floor. Little noise thou but you can expect. I strongly recommend this Bob sweep!

This is my first robot vacuum, my sister has had them for years and swears by them. I got this as % off deal from Home Depot, so it was a good deal at $140. I never wanted to pay $200+ for a vacuum that my greyhounds would chase and destroy! "Bob" arrived, I unpacked him and put him to work immediately. He does a great job throughout my house; I have carpet and hardwood floors mixed, with throw rugs in areas. He pulled up the pile of my 12 year old carpet (picture included). He was very easy to setup and get started. I'm extremely impressed and the only "cons" so far are that he hasn't yet navigated to the back bedroom of my house (I think the narrow hallway messes with his sensors) and he did get caught up on a rug next to my toilet (note to self: will pick up the rug before I send Bob on his way).

The bobsweep is great. I gave this one to my husband for our house in Florida and I just bought another one for our home in North Carolina. I read all reviews about several robotic vacuum cleaners. I decided to give the bobsweep a try. I am amazed at how well it vacuums the floor. We live at the beach and beach sand it hard to vacuum up. It works great. It will also vacuum our carpet and then move to the tile floors. I like the fact that it is only 3 1/2 inches high in lieu of the other ones. It is not as loud as a regular vacuum cleaner. The only thing I would say I dislike about the bobsweep is that if you have a larger home, you may have to remotely steer it to another part of the house to be vacuumed. But once he has gone over the house a time or two you will not have steer him anymore. The bobsweep exceeded my expectations.

Only used several times, works good, great coverage, carpet, lino, wood, scatter rugs, has never made it back to the charger but makes its way into every room

This is an amazing little unit that I treated myself to. I have been using for nearly a month. Very efficient. I wish it could be programmed by days of the week and not just the hour in a day. I really don't need it to run every day. However, that being said the little guy keeps a tight household.

With two pets, and many kids, we can use all the floor cleaning help we can get. This little guy quietly cleans our kitchen, family, dining and living room. Goes up in lower carpets just fine. Battery life is excellent and judging by the tank, it’s doing a great job. Comes with extra misc brushes too!

Fun product. The first time I used it I vacuumed while it was charging. I was amazed at the fine dirt it picked up. I programmed every day vacuuming. The poor points, I had to robo-tize my house. The vacuum gets stuck under my recliners. Easy fix raise them. Does not seem to have dedicated route. If your ocd it may bother you that it seems to have no rhyme or reason to it's path. Overall I love Bob

I have this model and the pet hair plus and I love them both! I have no idea how I lived without them! They each have their pros and cons but they get the job like you would never believe! I have one pup and one cat and I had no idea how much hair each of them left behind until Bob came into my life! Sweeping and vacuuming doesn’t cut it. I can set a timer and Bob will do his magic! I can multi-task and Bob vacuums the carpet and sweeps up the ceramic tile while I get stuff done around here. Seriously I have no idea how I lived without this. The creators of this are amazing!

bObsweep was my first robot vacuum purchase ever and boy was I surprised. I thought the price was too good to be true. Surely I would have to trade some sort of performance for price. I was completely wrong! Bob bob, as my 2 year old calls him, is awesome. He transitions from our hardwood to carpet with ease. His low profile allows him to get under our couches where it’s difficult to reach with a regular vacuum. When his battery is low he returns to his station by himself. I can schedule cleanings at a certain time of day and a whole bunch of other neat features are included. I highly recommend bObsweep!!!

I purchased this item twice from Target and once from Home Depot. All three times I was sent the wrong item. The entire point of purchasing this version was so I would not have to teach my not so tech savvy mom how to use a potentially over complicated app on her phone. Instead I received a version that required their specialty app and constant internet connection. If you were looking to receive the item you ordered you are wasting your time.
