I've owned the ecobee3Lite for about 3 months. The installation and setup instructions were clear and accurate. This made installing the product easy. I've had no issues in using the thermostat and corresponding app.

I was disappointed to see I couldn't chsnge all the settings on my mobile app. I also would like an easier to use manual to adjust the settings. After an hour I gave up navigating the online site.

Easy and saves me money, i would recommend this for any home

Once you set it up properly and give it a schedule you're done. It requires very little effort to maintain your desired level of temperature.

It’s really nice with the weather app it is nice just to look at the thermostat and you get the weather and you can control the thermostat from your phone

just got the ecobee3 Lite with my new heat pump system and works great. Very eay to set up

The Ecobee thermostat has numerous features. My problem with it is that accessing the various features/settings is not always intuitive. Unfortunately, no user's manual is included, and trying to find answers online is a pain in the neck. Otherwise, I would give it five stars.

I have a two story house and both floors have a separate AC unit , which means two thermostats. It is very hard to believe that these two thermostats cannot pair with the geofence function. If I leave the house , I can only use geofence with ONE thermostat and to me , that breaks a huge functionality /benefit of the thermostat. Overall , the thermostats are fine , but I am looking else where to get something that can handle such a basic function , especially for a smart thermostat.

Got this thermostat with a new heating system. It was easy to set up and use also the ecobee app for it is handy to check and set up system..I added the ecobee sensor to the thermostat which I places in the rooms I use the most. These sensé when I am un the rooms and learn my habits and adjustable the thermostat when I am not around.

I've had an ecobee smart thermometer for about two years. The first one was killed recently by a power outage. Replacing it was very straight forward but the programming leaves a bit to be desired.

I never had an interest in smart thermostats or any smart home products for that matter but the company that installed our new HVAC system put this in. It works very and is actually very useful. Some of the features are a bit tricky to find and adjust but it's just like anything else, have to use it and get used to it. Over all very happy with it.

I previously had a Carrier Cor thermostat made by ecobee. My new home has a Bryant system (also Carrier made) and they offered the ecobee unit. The only thing I found confusing was the scheduler - you CAN get the hang of it. My Cor unit had a more intuitive scheduler. The integration with Homekit is flawless so far. I have an extensive Homekit setup including a Bridge so this unit made things easier without having to use the Bridge for integration. The system offers add on sensors that are provoded and supported by ecobee. With rules in Homekit, you can also leverage the sensors in your existing Apple products like Home pods. The system has easy features and options for novices and options for IT techies like me. I highly recommend the product.

Works great I can change the temperature from work

I bought to Ecobees for my summer home since I have one in my primary residence in Florida and like it. Buying one brand lets me have one app that controls all my thermostats.

I had the product installed professionally. Very easy to operate from panel or smartphone. Love the setting you can use when away from home or on vacation. V

Had the Product about 2 weeks, Not Bad! It works as designed, however, there is No instruction manual!

I've had the ecobee lite for 2 weeks and I love it. It's very easy to adjust the temp in my home no matter where I am.

So far, the Ecobee 3 Lite meets its promise. Beyond the technical specifications, I do like the UI. It is very easy to engage with the thermostat and find what I need quickly. The settings are packed with many options to give a more fine-tune control to your experience, like minimum time A/C is on. I do also appreciate its easy installation. No need for batteries or rewiring. While the Lite is the least capable model, it is getting the same support treatment as the other devices. With a 3-year warranty, this should be a very dependable thermostat.

This is really nice, you can relax and let your fingers do the work. It's also a step saver, don't have to run to the thermostat to change the settings it's all for your comfort and I'm so happy that I have one of these in my home don't miss out on it get one soon as you can you'll be glad you did thank you ecobee

We’ve had this product for about 10 days and love the fact of being able to set internal temps from anywhere, especially if someone leaves the air conditioning on to cool an empty house. Easy to set up, too.

I’ve used them all and my new Ecobee out-performs. Easy to install and the iPhone app is simple. Love it!
