The pattern was irregular and the color was much more of a yellowish cream than an off-white. It didn’t look anything like the photo. It was not very thick and plush either. I was disappointed and returned it immediately.

This rug is really cute, but it is not straight....
This rug is really cute, but it is not straight. One side of the rug is on a complete angle. It also has yet to fully unroll with all the wrinkles after a month on the floor with furniture on it. All of that said, we’re keeping it and are pleased with what we got for the price.

Not what I expected from nuLoom. This rug is terrible quality. Very thin stitching at the corners of the rug…3 of the 4 corners have interior white fabric sticking out. The rug is also not as pretty in person & it looks very cheap. Definitely returning!

Did not like this rug at all. It came very tightly rolled up and when I unrolled it, the shape of the rug had been ruined. It was all crinkled and stiff and even after many attempts to straighten it, it did not work. Returning this rug

Has lumps and bumps!
This rug is too thin so it bunches up. It’s very stiff so it’s easy to trip over the bumps. We’ve flattened out weekly since purchasing it in the summer hoping it would work. It drives us crazy! We’re going to have to buy another rug. Waste of money

Color was accurate to photos. Rug was not as soft as anticipated and rather thin (would be better with a rug pad). The biggest issue was that on one side it measured about a foot shorter than it is supposed to so it didn’t work in my space. The size issue was a big disappointment.

Creases from being rolled won’t come out
I like the rug. The feel. The color. The size. But there are creases from being rolled so tightly and they’re not relaxing or going away. I’ve had it laying down for days both right side up and upside down. Disappointed.
