Not at all what I expected. The rug was supposed to be soft and not shedding. As soon as I took the rug out it shed like crazy with little fibers all over the place. And then as soon as you step on it the fibers stick to your feet and cover your feet with fibers. It gets on anything that will fall on the run, clothes, towels, socks etc. I’m very disappointed because it already came unraveled in lots of spots. The jute material was already unraveling or untying. Very disappointing especially considering the price. Also on a side note, it was described as soft but it’s not soft, it’s hard, pokey and anything but soft.

I had this rug less than one week and it started to unravel in several places . Customer service was great and I was able to return the rug .

This rug is quite thick under the feet and very soft. I purchased a rug pad to go under it but it would have made it too high. I am adding some photos here so you can see for yourself the thickness. The fibers are as thick as my big toe! Lol. There are some imperfections, which are typical for this sort of rug, and not a problem at all for me. But for that reason I rated it a four. The color is light and I would say a little on the golden side. It laid flat right away and there really was no odor to speak of.

Weave is bigger than I thought, but I ended up loving it! Nice quality for the price. I would recommend this rug.

Very light in color. Perfect for a beachy look but not what I was looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been looking for a nice, neutral/natural option in 8x8 that was reasonable priced. This one arrived without issue and looks great. I want to love it more, but I'm a bit weary that its casual condition will cause it to not hold up well over time. I believe some spots will need tending to sooner rather than later. However, the color and edging are lovely, as well as the warmth it bring to the room! (Ignore the chairs that have yet to get reupholstered.)

The 6x6 is perfect for my small sitting area. I have a brown jute by my front door so I took a chance on the white. So happy I did! (Tip: Vacuum it without the brush roller)

Not very good quality, definitely not worth the price. Smells a bit funky too. Will probably throw this away. Not buying again on this website

I love this rug. It is soft and perfect for what I wanted. Just be careful with spills and keep the puppy’s off as it does stain.

I enjoy the rug but you will need to keep in mind it won’t be perfect. There are areas on the rug where the weave is poking up and not even as well as the boarder. But to me it adds to the charm of this area rug. It arrived well packaged and I was worried it would have a damp or moldy odor that I read in some reviews but mine did not. Over all very happy with my purchase

I love this rug. It was the size I needed for an odd shaped room in an old house and everything about it is perfect for me.

I really like this rug! We got it to layer with another smaller rug that has a brighter pattern and we wanted a larger neutral rug to ground the room. We love it! I like that this one is reversible too. I've got other natural rugs that have a backer so theoretically this one will last twice as long. If it starts to wear out you can just flip it over. There are always lots of comments on these rugs shedding but I haven't had issues with that. There are some little ends that need to be tucked in the weave but that usually happens with natural rugs.

I took 1 star off because the rug has a little bit of uneven coloring and is a bit hard to clean. The fiber is also somewhat loose, so I think it’s better not to move it from one place to another, so it won’t loose its form. Disclosure: I’m receiving a small incentive for posting the review. But I’m a real customer.

This rug came wet and so so dirty. I was cringing while I pulled it out of the bag and unrolled it on to my clean floors that were now covered in dirt. The smell was overwhelming, not to mention it was already coming unraveled in a few places. I was excited about this rug since I’ve been shopping around for a natural rug for a coastal look. It’s just terrible!! It went outside immediately. I would return it but it’s too much work to return an 8x10 rug. I’m wondering if all jute rugs are like this or if I got a bad one. I do not recommend this unless you want dirt everywhere

It looks way more expensive than it is. my girlfriend say it when we were FaceTiming and bought the same one. Love it. Looks cool layered

This rug is very soft to walk on and is very thick. Seems to be made of good quality. Unfortunately the color was far too brownish/yellow in comparison to the pictures for our decor and gray flooring and having to return.

The jute rug is perfect! Exactly what I was hoping for and better than I expected. It is thick and tightly woven. The Ivory color choice is a very soft natural white with flecks of brown. It truly is perfect! I layered it with a medallion rug for color but it is beautiful on its own.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my jute rug. Its thick and soft, the color is natural and warm- but not too yellow. Got the large 9’ x12’- am sending the same smaller rug back only because they both font fit in my living room... but it pains me to do so. You won't be disappointed!

We used this rug under our dining rug and it’s exactly as we imagined. Doesn’t feel too rough on the feet and looks beautiful! Couldn’t be happier.
