[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We laid this rug down on Saturday to add a more layered look to our living room area, I wish I would have done this sooner because the impact this made to our space is amazing!

The rug it’s self is nice and great quality. My only complaint is the tassels at the end of the rug unravel and leaves a rug looking, pretty nappy.

Very happy with this rug. Nice thickness and well made. Pulls our room together.

I bought this because it said great for dogs. It snags easily and if any liquids spill on it (including water) it leaves stains even after drying it and soaking up with water.

Blue selection is navy. Website shows more of a French Blue. Details matter people. Now instead of French country farmhouse, I’ve got a Tommy Hilfiger vibe with my red quilt.

I regret buying this rug so much... it is such a mess. I am constantly vacuuming the dust and fibers that come off this rug daily. The shedding is just terrible.

I received 2 of these rugs a month ago for my long entry hallway. This has to be one of the worst purchases I have ever made. While these looked good at first, they are not practical. They have little pieces of stick in them; when trying to remove the sticks, the loop if the jute unravels. These do not clean well so after one month I have just flipped them over to the other side. These constantly SHED so I am having to vacuum lots. After this side is dirtied up, these are going to the garbage. Don’t buy, not even if these are on clearance. Waste of money! Would give zero stars if I could.

Bought this rug for my roommate and I to use in our living room. It’s firm and flat enough texture-wise that the pile doesn’t feel too spongy or too cushion-like to her, it was available in a nice 5 ft x 7 ft 6 size for me, and we both love the “brick” color. It looks exactly the same as the photo, a nice earthy red, maybe close to a burnt sienna or terra cotta if someone else named it. Our cat also loves it and plays with the tassels quite often. I plan to vacuum it a little more frequently than I have since buying it as bits and bobs get stuck and are very visible in the folds and small divets, but that’s just another reason to appreciate how beautiful it looks when fresh and clean.

Great rug! We ordered a navy runner. looks great in kitchen.

This rug is great and looks beautiful. The smell is strong but only for a few days. We also kind of quite liked it. It smelled new. The shedding is intense. We filled our Hoover vacuum about a dozen times in a few days. I’m hopeful there is an end in sight. We recently got a Dyson with the laser and while I’ve given up on vacuuming the rug, the area around it does get quite a bit of shedding despite the rug being in a low traffic area. I’ve never had a jute rug so maybe it’s supposed to feel like this but it isn’t the most soft on your feet. All in all, it’s the look we wanted and we’ll keep it but I hope shedding stops.

Although this rug is advertised as brown, and looks chocolate brown in the picture, it has a very obvious purple undertone. I would call this rug a deep purple.

I ordered this natural rug in runner size and a 3x6 and they are totally different colors! Do not order these in multiples or different sizes!

I like the rug. It looks very chic in the space. It’s my first time buying a jute rug so the rougher texture takes some getting used to. I took off 1 star because it’s hard to clean, can’t really vacuum or spot clean it too well.

This rug was the perfect addition to my entryway and the best piece to wrap up the project in there too!

First I have to say how fast this rug arrived. Ordered it last Saturday afternoon. It arrived today, Tuesday! Pretty amazing specially being Free Shipping! I like the rug right away. I was expecting tons of shedding once I removed it out of the bag, but that didn't happen at all. I struggled to put it under the bed all by myself and still, minimum shedding. Great sign! The rug rolled out super smooth and I could tell it was soft and heavy because the only place I had to smooth out was the end that was on the inside and it flattened out right away. The color is definitely a warm off white. I was hoping for a more subtle off white but it actually matched the bed frame perfectly and I think it helped tight it into the space. It's soft to step on but you definitely feel the knots. Not uncomfortable to me but don't buy it if you like smooth surfaces. I did not use a rug pad as it really doesn't need it when the bed is holding it in place but maybe a pad would make the knots less noticeable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. Purchased an 8ft round. I wasn't expecting a band on it, and I was specifically looking for one without a band. The rug arrived on time and in good condition. It is softer than I expected. There is no smell that you sometimes get with a new rug, so that's a plus since I needed to use my rug immediately. I was offered a 10% off coupon for a review, but I don't consider that an incentive.

I spent 30mins pulling and cutting twigs out from the rug. These are poking out and they are sharp. Might get a splinter from these twigs. RugsUSA u need some quality control for the Jute rugs that you're shipping out.

It's pretty, softer than I expected, in the best way. It has a few really pointy parts that'll need to be trimmed in order to not poke feet but that's just the way it goes with natural fibers. Overall, we really dig it. In hindsight, wish I'd skipped tassels. Easier to clean plus less shedding without them.
