Tall thin guy with arm tattoos who helped at first so very nice! And Robin was amazing!! Treated my 77 yr old mother with kindness and patience, even pulled out a chair for her! My mother has a lot of anxiety and Robin made this experience the best we've ever had! We're so disappointed in your competitors and I was actually trying to explain to mom that this is the way things are these days, and she should lower her expectations. just before we went to your location, and I was proved wrong. Thank you, you guys rock. In Ashtabula anyway!

Helpful knowledgeable staff
I bought a fridge and dishwasher last year. Even though the fridge needed service. Homedepot managers made sure all my concerns were attended to. Last week a washing machine and I feel absolutely made the right decision. If I purchase my stove from homedepot I believe it will be a good experience as well

Making a bad day good.
It is easy to say I don't know or no we dont,last Sunday I was in a situation and needed some help and Ashtabula Home Depot team stepped up and went above and beyond by taking the time over the phone and having me text pictures to save me a trip and verifying the parts and pulled them, Michael Arnett & his team are top notch.
