Manager "Jen" Jennifer was great!!!
Had an issue with some parts that were not stocked, but manager Jen was able to accommodate me. She took her time and really saved me time and distance. I am so glad she was there. I was frustrated that this was the second time I was there to look for this part and it wasn't restocked. I made a decision that since I spend at least a thousand dollars a year at home Depot id speak with management. Manager Jen was great , and saved home Depot from losing a customer.

After my husband died.
I had to fix the things that he would have normally fixed. I had watched him through the years but and learned some.. but was lost with the plumbing problem I had. So I took pictures of the problem and went to the store. One of your employees saved me . He showed me what to get explained to me how to fix it to where I could understand. I was pretty confident I could do it.

An overall home supply store you can count on.
I was in the market for a new refrigerator. I have been using this Home Depot for a few months now. I live in Florida but prices are higher and supply limited for what we wanted. We found a Vissani stainless front refrigerator here. Great employee helped us with the selection. Then 2 employees loaded in our truck for us.. It was a no hassle experience. The refrigerator is perfect for us. Highly recommended this store.

Big box with Southern Hospitality
Regardless of what i need or what project I'm into, the staff at Bainbridge does an excellent job of providing exceptional customer service. Store #6959 may have a Big Box name, but it provides southern hospitality and great customer service. Not the norm. If you are planning a project, Let Billy and the team in Bainbridge give you a hand.
