Garden Center Customer Service
The customer service received on this visit was unmatched to other Home Depot's visited on this day. Support received from Amer and the young man operating the forklift was superb. Mr. Amer noticed that I needed help with the purchase of a pallet of garden rocks. He checked the stock supply, radioed for forklift help, assisted the cashier with ringing up the product, and then provided guidance for the product to be loaded. This was done in less than 20 min. Superb service!!

Great Custome Service
I got great customer service at this store from Michael in the paint department. I was looking for something specific which was not on the shelves and Michael went the extra mile by offering to check in the back even though he was quite busy. He was pleasant, kind and made me feel like I was the most important person in the store. Really great experience.

Went the extra mile for us
A couch we ordered from another company came with a bent bracket. They told us to send the whole couch back, which is a huge hassle. We brought the bracket to this Home Depot and Frank, James, and John were able to go the extra mile and fix the bracket for us. Thank you so much to them for their help! It really saved us from a huge headache.

Super helpful staff!
I went to this Home Depot Allstate night to buy turf for my back yard and the employees were so nice and helpful! Scott and Noah helped measure, roll up all, and load my car with the turf I needed, and this was no easy task, but they were very upbeat and kind the entire time! Other employees helped me find tools throughout the store and took the time to walk me to the aisle they were located at! I really appreciate all the helpful and kind employees that work here!

Shopping at Home Depot
I stopped by today to do a little gardening shopping. Tereza was so nice. Greeted me with a beautiful smile on the way in, helped me find what I needed, rang me up and even thanked me for stopping by with a beautiful smile on her face. This type of customer service is so hard to find in any store. Thank you so much Tereza. You deserve a raise.

Excellent Home Depot
I consistently shop the Home Depot in Cary. They have always treated me right. I often visit at 6am when they open. Everyone is friendly and greets me. At 6am. That alone is worth a positive review. On my recent visit I couldn't find an item listed as in stock, which isn't unusual since the online system often lags true in-store items. A sales associate (Sherri) helped me look and couldn't find it either, but she did find a 3-pack that had the item and had it marked down for me to the original item cost so I wouldn't have to drive to another Home Depot. Sadly, this level of customer service is fast disappearing, so my sincere appreciate to Sherri in the help and in confirming this is my go-to Home Depot.
