You have to walk all through this store just to get out.
Came to purchase one item. Employees very rudely refused to let us leave through the doors we came in. Receipt in hand. Had to walk across store multiple times to get in, shop, and get out. Yelled at by employees trying to navigate the changes they made. In general, very inconvenient for the consumer and handled poorly. They are also taking up the most convenient parking spaces for this change with tool rentals/merchandise rather than the side of the parking lot that is able to be entered, but only entered. This is a huge big box store, doesn't make sense logistically. Not suitable for elderly/disabled shoppers in the slightest. Probably will not return based on that alone.

Excellent Employee
I believe her name was Rachel, on 3/13 around 10 am she was working in the paint department and did a marvelous job in helping me match some of the paint colors I needed, then as I was checking out she even came to the front and helped thin the crowd of customers that needed checked out. She made it a very nice experience at the Cuyahoga Falls Home Depot store.

Angie at the pro register is great at what she does. She is always kind and smiling. She renders excellent service, she’s efficient, and she always asks how my day is going. She deserves a raise.

hopefully our new appliances will perform for many years. special thanks to Julie Miller in appliances for taking care of us. she was great! i know she has been at this Home Depot for years. she is definitely an asset to the store and company

Self checkout sucks
I’m not using the self checkout again, it doesn’t count your change properly and people working 4 checkouts doesn’t work
