Excellent customer service
When I went in today I was looking for a kitchen sink strainer replacement. I was looking down the aisles, when from behind, Mitch spoke up and asked if he could help me. Then he directed me to the exact spot where the item was found. It was very helpful.

Best home depot in the usa
I just moved to Evergreen and have frequented this store many times. Each and every time I’m given great hospitality with lots of people always offering to help. I wish all home depots as well as other different businesses had this type of top of the line customer service! Great job y’all!

Great Customer Service
The Evergreen, CO branch stopped carrying 12/3 wire in 250ft roll because of theft. They have a significantly different price for it in store than online to either get home delivery or shipped to store. We had to buy it online in order to get it at that store and customer service went the extra mile to give me the actual store price w/a painful computer system override process. I treated the customer service personnel w/respect instead of being rude and they bent over backwards to help me. I sincerely appreciate this and will continue to shop there in the future, mainly because of these awesome people and how they helped me! Very very thankful for the team working at the Evergreen HD!!! Also, GMs should be allowed to have the option to stay at the store they choose after they’re two years is up. I def don’t want to lose the GM at this store because she involuntarily gets transferred. Keep this team at this store, HD, if they choose to stay!!!

Consistently the best customer service of any HD I’ve shopped.
This Home Depot location consistently has the best customer service I’ve experienced. On more than one occasion a staff member has taken the time to walk around the store with me and make sure I quickly found what I needed so I wasn’t walking circles around the store. I’ve also had at least two employees come up with creative alternatives for some items that they were out of stock on with recommending some other materials that ended up working out just fine for me.
