Multiple repeated errors by Store staff and IT issues, 7 month cabinet delay continues.
ATT: MULTIPLE staff ordering and IT errors on $43,000 full kitchen cabinet and appliance order resulting in 9 of 18 cabinet items returned/reordered, THREE REPEATED orders with a 2 month wait each (oven cabinet and set of doors). Customer discovered a refund of $429.20 was not processed on 4/7/22 as told, determined to be another IT error (reprocessed 7/7/22), as well another $3000+ IT unresolved error. Expect another 2 month delay for latest reorder. Customer care submittal does not get Executive attention.

Killing time.

Superior Pro Desk
The staff at the Pro Desk are amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable and are very helpful! They even called me to ask if I wanted to reschedule a delivery of drywall on a day that it was going to rain.
They also hooked me up with the Behr paint rep who came out to my job site and recommended the right paint, the right amounts, and gave me a discount!
