Multiple repeated errors by Store staff and IT issues, 7 month cabinet delay continues.
ATT: MULTIPLE staff ordering and IT errors on $43,000 full kitchen cabinet and appliance order resulting in 9 of 18 cabinet items returned/reordered, THREE REPEATED orders with a 2 month wait each (oven cabinet and set of doors). Customer discovered a refund of $429.20 was not processed on 4/7/22 as told, determined to be another IT error (reprocessed 7/7/22), as well another $3000+ IT unresolved error. Expect another 2 month delay for latest reorder. Customer care submittal does not get Executive attention.

Never have I gone there and someone has been able to help me. I’ve had issues with picking things up online there. I’ve had issues with finding things in stock.

Great store on lots of aspects EXCEPT for lumber help
I always have a great experience if I’m going for anything other than lumber or any heavy lifting. No one seems to be around when you need help in lumber or with building supplies, and when you ask for help it takes FOREVER for anyone to want to come help you out!

Whitley makes this store stand out!!!
This store has always been neat and clean and had great customer service with wonderful employees, but Whitley set the store apart. He is top notch. He went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed to find and showed me how to use it and made sure I understood. This is a great Home Depot but I am exceptionally impressed with Whitley. Great job Home Depot for hiring employees that has the quality that he has.

Outstanding Customer Service
We've always had good customer service, but Logan was exceptional. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and even searched for a comparable item not carried by Home Depot.

Excellent customer service!
Noah was extremely helpful during my last visit. He loaded heavy laminate floor, push cart to the check-out, push cart to my car, and unloaded it for me. He was kind, very courteous and seems to enjoy his job.
