Tammy works wonders with paint!
I had bought about $1300.00 worth of gray paint and when it went up on the walls, the gray looked blue instead of simply gray. A manager suggested I come back in the morning and ask Tammy in the paint department if she could add color to the buckets . I was told "Tammy works magic with paint!" . I went that next morning, chose a better gray that I wanted and asked her if she could add color to make it close to what I wanted. She really cared about helping me and the walls look amazing! Y'all, the color was exactly what I wanted!

Customer service
I came in around noon time was expecting a long line. Their store was actually properly staffed. Valerie help me with the return. Educated me on if I start doing the receipts emailed then I have a back up in the event I lose them boy this will really help with my accounting as well as any returns. I need to make in the future, thank you Valerie. Ps Home Depot this is the kind of person we look for when we want to hire somebody away from a company.

Wonderful Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative/Cashier Joni is an excellent representative of this store. When we visited the store of May 28th, she patiently registered my husband on the Home Depot website. She then verified his military credentials and entered it into the website so that he could start receiving a military discount when he shops at Home Depot. We appreciate the exemplary customer service that Joni gave to us and we enjoy shopping at the Home Depot in Rivery (Georgetown)

Good location
My first trip to this store was not good. Right after I checked out an attempt to withdraw money from my account was made and Home Depot was the source. The checker was a disabled man with an artificial limb. I’ve never been a fan of Home Depot. However, since Lowe’s is farther away, I’m destined to go to Home Depot. Since that first trip when we moved here, my experience has been much better. Employees are helpful and prices are good with a variety of products.,

Why shop anywhere else - even any other Home Depot?
There's plenty of places to do home shopping. I'm lucky that the closest most convenient location happens to always be full of the friendliest staff. Today I met Maurice Clark in the door handle section who helped me get me items as we chatted about our love for music. And Edith who helped me check out who taught me how upcs line up with the item number on the receipt as we confirmed our smart lock. It's the little things, when employees take it just the right amount of slow, that makes a place a return destination. This location has it down pact. I can even remember Scott's name from a week ago who helped me in the tools department, and gave me a water bottle from the employee fridge because I was dripping sweat. (Granted he's been helping me for 2 years now and always a pleasure.) Sorry - last name drop. Guiellermo who politely smiled when he saw I bit off more than I could chew but still helped me get the fork in my mouth :) Even the kids who helped me load my truck - scrappy go getters. I'll continue to do my shopping here simply because when I come I walk into a place of people who are just as excited as I am to try and build some cool stuff for my house.

Bad Experience at Georgetown Home Depot Location
There was a very disrespectful employee named (David A) whom was using Inappropriate words. This is not the first time I see him taking to customers this way or his colleagues! He should know better in treating valuable customers, especially long time valuable “Contractors” and being a Doctor as well. These actions David has done are not right and should be discussed with him! He has no right to treat customers the way he is!
