Horrible Customer Service
I had an oversized return, I’ve never returned anything to this store before and I purchased it online as a gift. The woman the finally came to “help”, after about 15 minutes, Theresa in the returns department, had a huge attitude that I didn’t already have my vehicle backed up. When my dad tried to help her get the huge box out of our tiny car that was packed in super tight, she man handled it and told him “she’s got it” and that it doesn’t matter what the box looks like because we’re returning it anyway. She continued to be very rude and arrogant during the entire returns process and exchange. Not friendly at all. We will not be returning to this location.
