Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What do I do before a blizzard?

Ensure you have drinking water, canned food and can openers, a weather radio, flashlights and flashlight batteries, Rx medications, and buckets. Prepare plumbing with spigot covers and pipe insulation. Rock salt or ice melt, a snow blower and a snow shovel, insulated winter gloves and a sled help you handle the hazards and enjoy the snowfall.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with hurricanes, tornados, blizzards, severe thunderstorms, or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity after the elements take it out. When searching for generators for sale, don't forget that inverter generators are more expensive than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.

Do you have doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.
