Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Does The Home Depot have good deals for Spring Black Friday?

The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on lawn and garden and outdoor power equipment, including lawn mowers, soil, and mulch, then update your patio furniture or grill so you're ready to enjoy the season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning with storage and DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so don't miss it.

What home repairs should I make before spring storms hit?

Be certain your home is equipped for spring temperature swings by replacing faulty parts of your home. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. On the outside of your house, inspect shingles or metal roofs for damage or rust that can let water seep in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent water overflow from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're badly weathered.

What varieties of moving boxes do you offer?

Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make your move easier. We've got the sizes you've been searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Why should I get a generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with hurricanes, tornados, blizzards, severe thunderstorms, or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy power when the elements take it out. When searching for generators for sale, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.

Do you have doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window or peephole when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.
