The store had plenty of inventory in all of the items I was searching for, especially the Milwaukee Packout Line.

Its all about the customer experience and this team delivers on all cylinders! From the guys in milworks such as Johnny to the guy who can do it all and answer it all like Larry. The talent and kindness you receive in the store sets them head and shoulders above the rest!

In an unfortunate scenario the cashier “Laurie” clapped in my face and laughed as she high fived her colleague. Alan the assistant manger resisted taking actions and himself was unfit for the position as he slowed these colleagues to disrespect and ridicule me in front of many other patrons. Embarrassing and unfortunate that there are people are entitled to put down customers and have no shame. Be careful if dealing with these people as I believe Home Depot could do much better.

The store it’s self if very nice and perfectly easy to find everything but the best thing about my visit was the cashier Jesse! He did such an amazing job with navigating me, he rang me up really fast, and most of all he was most friendly and very relatable!

Going into this store wasn't my first choice but I had to do so today. This was an easy in and out experience, with available and helpful associates that will go the extra mile. There are tons of useful products for Covid. Christmas is in full force and it is a nice diversion from the Covid precautions that are a necessity and making shopping more difficult.

Only one shovel option, it was cheap, poor quality, made in China, and BROKE BEFORE LUNCH!

The checkout person, David, did not want to accept my Veteran's credential, a form DD214 which I have been using for years with no problem.

When we first move to this new city. It was nice to know we had a Home Depot in our city very nice. I went to this store many of times before heading to war and overseas tours servicing . I took my wife to this store and show her how shop for hard wares products for our home . She thrill to see all the professional help she receive from this store. In fact our home have a lot of home wares from this store. Washer/dryer/frig/water heater/gardens plants/home paint/etc. Thank you so much for keeping our store open and not moving or down sizing. HD employees are there to solve problems. If something is out of stock the should look at other stores for the inventory. Store managers should solve problems not just say “sorry” and refund money 40 days after the contract is canceled.

I had a somewhat complicated return, and expected the process to be burdensome. To my surprise the associate at the returns desk was friendly and made the transaction painless. I completed my shopping and was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Way to go Home Depot!

This is the poorest run Home depot I've seen.

I have used this store ever since it replaced Home Club many, many years ago. Great location and product inventory. Employees have always been enthusiastic about helping me with advice and finding items that I needed.

We had a repetitive problem with a GE appliance that the manufacturer would not stand behind. The store management team, especially Jared, enabled a product exchange for us that solved the issue. This was a local store making sure that their customer was satisfied.

In the Laguna Niguel store, there was Paul, Haley (flooring dept) and Mike (painting dept). In the Mission Viejo store there was Sharon (flooring dept). All of these people stood out so much because they really invested themselves in helping me with my home remodeling project. They spent the time to really get to know me. Which is how they went above and beyond with helping my project go as quickly as possible. And they made the whole experience so much more fun! Honestly, it's the best experience I've had in any store, because anywhere else, it's all about answering a question as quickly as possible and having a quick turnaround for new customers.

The store was clean and easy to navigate. On my last 3 visits I found the store associates to be very helpful and outgoing.

They do not accept Apple Pay or any other contactless payment & they never have enough cashiers. It is also nearly impossible to find an employee to assist after 7pm.

I came to the store to make a return. I was greeted by Ms. Sandra (sorry, don’t know her last name) . As I was in line and listening to all the ridiculous reasons for bringing back something - it amazes me how even tempered and pleasant Sandra was (I would’ve personally been inclined to tell some of these folks - ‘who are you kidding’ and send them on their way). Your lucky to have her as an employee. Store could be a bit cleaner.

I had a great experience at this store. The staff at the appliance center were so helpful and professional. The associates were friendly and knowledgeable and available to answer questions.

After having a bad experience with an incompetent employee in the window covering department at the Mission Viejo store, I went to the Laguna Niguel store and received and received excellent service by Kimberly.

Amazing staff!!! Nero and the friendly staff were amazing. I went to the store because a nail gun I purchased was malfunctioning. I was expecting a normal large retail business experience where help is hard to find. Today was unreal, Nero helped me immediately, after diagnosing the problem needed further assistance he included others that could help! Larry, Brenda and Kendall were amazing. I was in and out and now back in action. Great staff!!! Thank you!

RYAN! Ryan went out of his way to help, explain the product, and reassure me I was getting the best price! THEN, he actually went ALL around the store helping me find the other items I could not locate on my own - INCREDIBLE! Kudos Home Depot, Laguna Niguel! BRAVO!!!
