Most of the staff there are knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to help. Frank from plumbing can solve just about any problem you have, or point you in the right direction. The staff is nice, funny, and friendly. They are willing and ready to assist

Accessibility to checkouts blocked by products in walkways - Poor store Layout - trying to force products down our throat as we’re leaving/trying to leave - unable to use main exit because products were preventing blocking exit

I bought some lumber and I got a great price

It took over a year for Home Depot to install our windows correctly. Wrong measurements, employees blaming one another, no call backs, no screen door for the sliders which come with it when you order them, installed sliders backwards, and that’s just half of it! Extremely unqualified and unprofessional employees who handled our work.

Mario, hardware expert, was so helpful to me and in a remarkably short time, today. Thank you, Mario! We chose the correct and best bedroom lock to replace my old one (just by you looking at my two pictures of my old knobs) and your tip was useful! Keep up the great work! I appreciate you! As someone who shops for home items from appliances, common repairs to help maintain my home, I am very happy with the help I have received from department attendants. The customer service desk help is wonderful. I really appreciate the employees who work the registers. I believe in keeping people working, so I choose not to use the self-check out lines. Just bought new Stackable LG Washer Tower

Honestly I'd shop here again! Everywhere I went there was someone to help which is pretty rare when lately! Usually I cant find anyone lol. Checkout was speedy and Lizanne so the utmost friendly person I've seen at a checkout lately!

People in the appliance department are always very helpful and know the products.

We purchased a dishwasher at Howards and when the delivery people came, they refused to install the dishwasher for the agreed-upon and already paid price. So we ended up going to Home Depot and the service was excellent and the delivery people did a great job with installation and did not attempt to charge us extra money. Sales person in the appliance department. Bill McDonald provided excellent service. Thank you.

Look for your beautiful Christmas Tree this year at Home Depot, Laguna Niguel, The choices & prices and excellent but beyond that, the helpers / employees are phenominal - friendly, extremely kind, patient. I had a fantastic experience!

Great customer service with a defective product.

I had a great shopping experience in the garden area of the Laguna Niguel Home Depot store today. The employee working in the area walked me right over to find the watering can that I needed. It really saved me time in my search for the item.

I always find helpful managers, and well-trained salespersons who have knowledge about the items they sell.

What a gem of a human being Kym is. All the way from her enthusiasm, knowledgebase and overall demeanor. She is such a positive person and goes above and beyond to find a solution that fits your needs. I wish there was a Kym in every department and not just blinds. Long story short, I got everything picked out and looking forward to my new roller blinds! I hope Kym gets evaluated by corporate as she should be elevated for the remarkable job she does! Employees are always so helpful

We are in the Real Estate business. We purchased new appliances from Bill McDonald for one of our properties today. He was amazing. We received incredible customer service. His product knowledge was second to none. If you need appliances make sure to talk to him, he will save you time and money for sure.

This store is clean and well stocked. Staff is helpful and there is plenty of parking.

He helped me check out and load my car. Im using a cane due to cast on leg for bone infection. I was stuck on patio chair and couldnt walk any further. He got me an electric cart to get me to checkout. He checked me out and went to my car and loaded my purchases into my car. He got me into drivers seat and saw that I was ok to drive home. I was so impressed with his kindness. Hard to find that level of concern these days. Ill never forget how kind he was to me. He is a great asset to your company. He is the best out there and deserves to be noticed for all that he did for me...a regular customer at this store. I was so impressed by his offer to help me and to take the time to see that I could get home safely. THANK YOU AGAIN, KEVIN!!!
