I bought a washer and dryer from the Laguna Niguel location, and Rose was beyond helpful. She made the experience very easy, with prompt and knowledgeable answers.

The people are friendly and helpful at this Home Depot. It is the best Home Depot I have been to. Even tho it is not the closets, I will now make this my go to Home Depot store.

Amazing customer service.

If you need a giant Frankenstein or Werewolf this is the place to go. If you need hardware, power tool supplies, or building materials you might have to go elsewhere or order online because this is by far the worst stocked Home Depot I have seen. I work up and down the coast of OC and LA and usually frequent numerous HD's and this location never has what I need.

Friendly staff. But no grass seed available in garden. Or six foot outdoor extension cords in electrical. Or half inch sprinkler heads in plumbing.

I bought a door to match the matching french doors I ordered from Home Depot. The wrong door was ordered and I had to wait several weeks before the new door came in halting my construction project. I had to pay to have the new door picked up, and there was no compensation for the aggravation they caused. When the new door came in my contractor wanted to check it before he transported it. They were not exactly helpful

She ordered my bathroom vanity 6 weeks ago But don’t have any order tracking information it What should I do , wondering cancel it ? I came Laguna Niguel Home Depot three time to talk with Lady did order vanity for me but she didn’t help anything about ordering situation. I am totally not happy because waiting so long and don’t know where is my order

Wish we thought of everything we needed..but then maybe sales associate should've asked more questions about our issue. Now we have to purchase other product and install ourselves.

I went in to find a countertop microwave, which seems to be quite a task these days. Russ in the appliance department was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me find the right one. He helped me order it online and have it shipped to my house. He had the same friendly and caring attitude with the people he assisted before me. I would definitely shop for appliances at Home Depot; look for Russ for help!

God forbid you have to return an item. The women working the return counter (sweet little gems that they are) will treat you like sh!t.

Reasonable prices. Some good sales. But not always stocked for what’s needed for my home and I am forced to buy more quantities than needed sometimes

I am on week eight of trying to get a purchased product delivered. Each time delivery date is set up and each time the morning of delivery they say we don’t have the product due to the manufacturer not shipping. But if you go online, they’ are still selling that range that I can’t get delivered? Why have anything for sale online, knowing that the vendor has not delivered any product to people who purchased a month ago? The whole thing has just been a terrible experience.

a couple month ago we bought smoke detectors and they have been doing some crazy things. So, i call and got ahold of Paul and he said bring them back so I did and you do not have them at all!!

I purchased 18 of an item that has reduced pricing if ten or more are purchased. The pricing was clearly displayed however the untrained cashier refused to look at the sign and refused to honor the prices. Contractors beware

I purchased a refrigerator with the help of a very nice employee named Bill. Bill ansered all of my question and pulled up 3 models for me to compare.

I saw a heater online, and went to the store to buy it. the first said "it is out of stock" , the next clerk said go to customer service, but there was a long line, the next clerk said to go to aisle 10, and the product was not there. A walked up to Trent and he was amazing - not only did he find it, he offered to get me a cart, put the heater in the cart for me and gave me a discount!! I was having a bad day and Trent made it better with his kindness and follow-through.
