Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Is outdoor power equipment on sale for Spring Black Friday?

Our incredible spring sale is back, so get ready to save money. Whether you're upgrading your home with new appliances or patio furniture, or just doing spring cleaning with new storage and repairs with the latest tools, we've got what you're looking for. Don't forget to check out our grill, lawn and garden, and outdoor power equipment bargains, too. Get great Spring Black Friday sales from April 9th through 22nd and enjoy your new products year-round.

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temps?

Be certain your home is equipped for spring temperature swings by repairing or replacing faulty components of your hardscaping. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. If water freezes in the crevices, you might be in for a headache. On your home's exterior, inspect shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that can let water seep in. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to snow and ice storms. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.

What types of moving boxes do you have?

Make moving or storage easier by picking up a variety of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you've been looking for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with hurricanes, tornados, blizzards, severe thunderstorms, or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy power after the elements take it out. When browsing generators for sale, remember that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors.

Why should I get a doorbell camera?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole or window when you can view animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as it suits you.
