Clint and Maggie who helped us putting together a renovation project were so knowledgeable, detail oriented, and helpful. They're expertise helped make the process go smoothly.

I make the drive to this location for paint so that I can get help from Kanyon. She is the absolute best in the paint and stain game. She helped up match a new banister stain we put in to the existing one just off of pictures on my phone. When I go in for a color match she triple checks that it's what I need before I leave. I trust her with all my paint and stain needs!

Knowledgeable, hard-working, attentive. I enjoy shopping at the 21st South location. The story may seem extra busy, and you may not be a high-end customer (contractor), but you'll still be treated like you are one.

Assistant store manager Clint resolved my return issue when others had told me over the phone there was nothing they could do to help. Clint provided stellar customer service with an enthusiasm and kindness. This store earned my business for life because they took the time to listen and resolve me issue.

I always feel intimidated when I go to this location because of all the Day Laborers who stand around in the parking lot.

I wish I recalled the lady's name. She was a bit older and so very sweet and helpful. I was struggling to find a particular flashlight, as it was not with the other flashlights, but across the store! She not only stayed with me to help me sort through the various tools all in neat rows, but also had me take advantage of the $25 discount that comes from applying for a Home Depot card and helped me find a coupon that brought my total to $0.01 with tax. And she was so polite and cheerful the whole time! A+, 10/10.

Scheduling was supposed to contact me early morning to schedule carpet measurement. By noon, no one had called. I called, after being passed through a call center, I was forwarded to the store. NO answer there, left a message two hours ago. NO response. I planned my work day around this measure.

I have large complicated pickup orders here quite frequently, and the staff is always quick and friendly. They are helpful in getting my order pulled up and patient while I check the contents for accuracy. Raj and Paris especially are amazing and I look forward to seeing them in the Pickup location when I walk in. Highly recommend this store.

We purchased some wooden boards and needed the cutting service, but didn’t know how to do the math perfectly for the size. Cory the gentleman working with us to figure it out. He was very kind and professional. He did an excellent job for us.

Even though it is the last week before Christmas the sales help was very helpful and professional. They directed us to where we needed to go and didn't have a long wait checking out. I would strongly recommend this store in the future.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and curtious

I install shiplap in apartments on fireplace walls. Finding a sufficient quantity of good quality boards usually takes me an hour or two at other stores because the quantities are low and good straight boards are few in number. My last 2 visits to this store only took my 15 minutes to find what I needed because the stock was plentiful and stacked properly instead of scattered like some other stores. I had no trouble finding perfect boards for my project. It was apparent that this store takes great pride in keeping their lumber stacked properly to keep their products straight and in good condition for any project.

On Saturday, June 9, 2022, I visited your store to get a portable air conditioner. An employee was working unwrapping boxes in the air conditioner section and immediately asked if I required assistance. He introduced himself as Chris Miles. He explained the difference brands and helped me pick out the one that best served my requirements. He then took the conditioner out to my SUV and placed it in the cargo area. He then gave me his card and I learned he was the store mgr!

I was stranded and alone and nothing on me but a phone. From stl out of state she saw me crying and needed a charger so she got me one and a chair and a water till my ride showed two hrs later. She took care of me and sweet as can be yr blessed to have her she needs a raise.
