Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Does The Home Depot have a Spring Black Friday sale?

The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on home decor and bath goods, including bathroom vanities. Proper storage gives you spring cleaning freshness all year, and a new ceiling fan keeps air moving in your home as temps rise. Now is the time to start DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. You can embrace energy-efficient living with updated appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so remember to shop before it ends.

What do I do to prepare my home for flip-flopping spring temps?

Make certain your home is equipped for springtime weather changes by repairing faulty parts of your home. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If moisture gets inside the cracks, you might be looking at trouble. On the outside of your house, examine roof shingles or metal roofing for rust or damage that may let water leak inside. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent water overflow from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.

Do you have moving boxes?

Make moving or storage easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you've been searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it safely. Remember to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Enjoy power in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise in times of lesser demand. When exploring different generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors.

Do you carry wireless or wired doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window when you can view animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.
