What's on sale for Spring Black Friday?
The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is better than ever. Save big on home decor and bath goods, including bathroom vanities. Proper storage gives you spring cleaning freshness all year, and a new ceiling fan keeps air moving in your home as temps rise. Now is the time to finish DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. You can embrace energy-efficient living with updated appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so shop fast.
Is it important to replace broken chimney caps?
Be confident your home is equipped for springtime temperature changes by repairing faulty components of your hardscaping. If moisture gets inside the crevices, you could be looking at trouble. Check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. On the outside of your house, examine roof shingles or metal roofing for damage or rust that might let water leak in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're badly weathered.
What kinds of moving boxes do you have?
Make moving or storage easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Remember to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those as well.
Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?
Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados, hurricanes, severe thunderstorms, or blizzards, a portable generator lets you enjoy power after the elements take it out. When searching for generators for sale, remember that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors.
Why should I get a doorbell camera?
Enjoy peace of mind, safety, and privacy with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole or window when you can view animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
