Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What Memorial Day Deals do you have in 2026?

It's time for The Home Depot Memorial Day Sale! Find big savings on fridges and washers, outdoor living accessories like grills, patio furniture, and outdoor cooking supplies, plus outdoor power equipment to keep your lawn and landscaping pristine. Save up to 40% off select online bath items and select appliances. Check it out in-store or online from May 14th–27th.

What home repairs should I make before spring storms hit?

Make certain your home is equipped for springtime weather changes by repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping. If moisture gets in the crevices, you could be in for a headache. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. On the exterior of your home, examine metal roofs or shingles for damage that can let water come in. Keep gutters clear and functional to prevent overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're badly weathered.

What kinds of moving boxes do you have?

Make your move easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you've been looking for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Remember to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those as well.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Enjoy electricity in your home even after severe storms take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When searching for generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Do you have doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

When is the Home Depot Kids Workshop in June?

Head to our Kids Workshop to encourage future builders and craftspeople! Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this goalie game. Constructing a small soccer game is a great way to exercise listening abilities, fine motor skills, and creativity. This cute kids' project is happening on 6/6/2026, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last.
