Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Are storage bins part of the Garage Storage Sale?

Garage Storage Savings are here, so it's time to get shopping. From garage storage bundles to workbenches, we've got deals on everything you want for a clean and neatly arranged garage. Shop the sales from 6/22–8/18, and make this the year you finally organize the garage and basement.

How can I prepare my home for summer temps?

Be certain your home is set for summertime temps by replacing faulty components of your home. If water gets inside the cracks, you could be dealing with damage. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. On the exterior of your home, inspect metal roofs or roof shingles for rust or damage that can let water come in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent water overflow from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.

Do you carry wardrobe moving boxes?

Make your move easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those as well.

Do I need a generator?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe storms and wind take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When browsing generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a window or peephole when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

When is the free Kids Workshop this month?

Head to our Kids Workshop on 8/1/2026, from 9 a.m. to noon or while supplies last. It's time to put together a pint-sized rocket game! Your little builder can assemble their very own rocket game craft — like a real rocketship but kid-sized. Remember to enjoy the fruits of your labor and leave some time to play with others!

Shipment home.
Had a shipment to my home of concrete wall block and additional big bags of soil and mulch and asked to see i sign the delivery so i can see they place it the correct place. I paid $79 for this shipment and it was delivered and not signed and of course not placed where we needed it to be. A bit disappointing as I have back issues and will need to carry one by one to where i wanted it and not out side the gate.

    Great store but
This Beaverton store is all in all a good store. But very aggressive, police presence in the parking lot as well as Some creepy undercover security guards inside the store. Stalking people in a very strange way. Why not?\n Just have a security guard that is wearing a shirt that says security and is armed, just like they have at other stores that would make it a little less irritating, especially when you are not doing anything and there is a weirdo following you around the store. Other than that, the store has good staff and good products.8I would say they would be my favorite store if they would carry the makita toolboxes. Like my store in troudale does

Wonderful store, incredible selection and people
Larry in Electrical is an incredible Ambassador for Home Depot. Love this store, probably come in at least once per week . Knowledgable, helpful and friendly employees who know the products and willing to “ALWAYS” refer me to a professional within the product line I am most interested in.

Great help matching existing paint in house
I really appreciated all the help I got in trying to match the colors of baseboards and wall in my bathroom. They went above and beyond getting a good color match. Took nearly 1/2 hour, but it was worth it.

Don't buy the warranty they don't honor it
I bought Milwaukee tools and paid for the warranty... evidently they refuse to honor that warranty because "Milwaukee has its own warranty, so you have to go through them first, then if they don't warranty the tools the warranty you paid extra for will then apply" Unfortunately I also can't log in to get my receipt... I can see emails from them, see my reward benefits, but I can't log in for my receipt. So I have broken tools, wasted money on a warranty, yet I can't get them fixed x 2. The lesson is DON'T PAY FOR A HOMEDEPOT WARRANTY You are welcome

                DIY-oriented
Staff seems reluctant to offer help for finding products or payment stations. Do It Yourself seems to be the mantra

The garden section is a treat to forage through
I'm very grateful Home Depot allows dogs to shop with me. My 4 month old happy puppy enjoys going to Home Depot as much as I do. The garden section this time of year in the spring is fun to forage through with many new shrubs, flowers & vegetable plants.

                    Great for homeowners.
As opposed to other appliance only stores in area Home Depot had a good selection of affordable to more luxurious machines. The consideration to deal with HD instead of a local chain was 1) excellent and knowledgable service, full stock, free delivery, excellent delivery service. Will definitely recommend this store to a friend.
