Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Is there an appliance sale for Spring Black Friday?

The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on lawn and garden as well as outdoor power equipment, then update your patio furniture and grill so you're ready to enjoy the season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning and DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so shop fast.

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temperatures?

Make certain your home is ready for spring temperature changes by repairing faulty components of your home and hardscaping. On your house's exterior, inspect shingles or metal roofs for damage that can let water leak inside. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're badly weathered. Keep gutters clear and functional to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to snow and ice storms. Also, check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. If water freezes in the cracks, you might be looking at a problem.

What kinds of moving boxes do you carry?

Make storage or moving easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those as well.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados, hurricanes, severe thunderstorms, or blizzards, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity when the elements take it out. When searching for generators for sale, remember that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
