Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What Father's Day Deals does The Home Depot have in 2026?

The Home Depot Father's Day Sale is coming up, so it's time to get shopping for Father's Day gifts that your dad will love. From traditional gifts like tool storage, tools, and outdoor power equipment, to practical gifts like riding lawn mowers, garage storage, and generators, we've got Father's Day deals on all the presents he can't wait to receive. Shop the sales from June 4th to 24th, and make Dad proud of the bargains you found.

How can I prepare my home for summer?

Make certain your home is set for summer temps by replacing faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. If water gets inside the cracks, you could be dealing with mold. Check brick and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. On your home's exterior, inspect roof shingles or metal roofing for damage that might let water in. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent excess water from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're badly weathered.

Do you offer moving boxes?

Make your move easier by picking up a variety of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those as well.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Enjoy power in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise in times of lesser demand. When searching for generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window or peephole when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.

What's the project at The Home Depot Kids Workshop in June 2026?

Head to our Kids Workshop from 9–noon on 6/6/2026. Sign up for free to build a pint-sized soccer game. You provide the creativity and we provide the materials. Team up with your little ones to make this quick craft while supplies last. Remember to leave some time to play a few rounds of DIY soccer!
