Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temps?

Make certain your home is equipped for spring temperature swings by repairing or replacing faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. On the outside of your home, examine roof shingles or metal roofs for damage or rust that may let water in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to winter weather. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. If water freezes in the cracks, you could be looking at trouble.

What types of moving boxes do you have?

Make storage or moving easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Remember to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those as well.

Do I need a generator?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe storms take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors.

What benefits do doorbell cameras have?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a window when you can view animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.
