Online ordering easy!
Easy online ordering but store performance is poor. No one comes out to bring your stuff. If they figure out that there’s a customer who is waiting, that will be at least 30 minutes. This is very specific to this store. I shop at this Home Depot because it’s the only one in our new home. Hopefully you can have better employees/ management for this specific location.

Great Customer Service
I bought a Milwaukee electric ratchet from the store and the employee at self checkout got the item out of the locked cage and proceeded to help me check out and also use a bunch of saved up gift cards I had towards the purchase and was extremely helpful all the way through. Thank you for the great customer service.

This store needs to be in Redding
The Reading store is very small compared to this store. It doesn’t make any sense as Redding has the larger population in the larger housing market, but the store itself is located in a cramped area plus with the store so small, comparatively speaking to red Bluff, we have to come to red block to get our supplies

I was very disappointed with amount of how I received with the Lumber
To employees knew I was struggling trying to get Lumber, not once that they walk over and ask if I needed help. Very disappointing. The end the checkout person was quite friendly and a man named Tom did help me carry my Lumber and bag of concrete out and place it in my vehicle

Pro expert associate
The gentleman that works in the pro department with the curbside order i think his name is MP is very professional emotes. He was helpful will my orders and even helped load the materials. . What an asset to the red bluff location.
