I delivered a flatbed load of mulch to this location and the shipping and receiving personnel were very friendly and accommodating. After I emptied I decided to do a little shopping. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My cashier Janet assisted me in locating everything that I needed.

I was pleased to be able to get the item I needed for home repair, but I had a hard time finding an employee to help me find my needed item

Pat in paint is amazing! Been here many times and she is by far the best employee I’ve had the pleasure of working with! She’s great and y’all are lucky to have her! Will definitely get our next bunch of paint from her.

I have been getting our fresh fraser Christmas tree at the Home Depot for a few years! The quality of the trees are good and the prices are reasonable. This year was no different except I was by myself. The staff was so helpful and friendly and very accommodating. The guy that prepped the tree to take home even tied it on the top of my car! It was truly in the spirit of Christmas. I recommend looking at Home Depot for your fresh Christmas tree.

Self checkout attendant was a great help when I had an issue with military discount. Attendant helped me get my account set up .

Everyone on the staff that I spoke to was friendly and made sure I was not left waiting for someone to come help me. The salesperson that checked me out was very patient and offered me options for my purchase.

Aiken store always makes things right if you have a issue with a product

Kathy was one of the friendliest cashiers I have had the pleasure of working with. She had a marvelous personality and attitude. She was knowledgeable and helpful.

I’m always happy to see the dude with the old timey mustache in the paint department. He’s always got helpful advice.

I’ve been coming to Home Depot for years now and Jack is always there to greet with me a smile. He is helpful and helps trouble shoot painting needs and colors. He is awesome!

There's a gal in the paint department who really knows her stuff! She's crazy knowledgeable and really helps you decide on the best product. If you think you already know enough about your project you probably don't. We thought we did and Pat gave us a lot more information on how to do it even better and other options we could entertain. She's no nonsense and once she's helping you she's on a mission...she can do 14 things at once but she'll make sure you get what you need and fast! Really made a somewhat boring decision a lot more fun and got the color that was best.

Shopping made easy at Home Depot

We walked thru the store and no one ever asked to help us. We asked for a lumber cart ..no help. We asked for lumber to be lowered from top shelp. Guy pointed at some that were already down (not enough, and they were all beaten up) No one ever offered to help us load about 50 boards. We asked for someone to help us load the trailer and no one ever came...except the man that didn't want to bring the lumber down from the top shelf. All he did was comment about the way we were loading it and went on back in the store.

I notice the same people when shopping, so employee retention appears to be good. People are knowledgeable and always get me to the right area to find items.

Jack in the paint department is kind and helpful. He is great with customers and even takes an interest in the projects we are buying paint for. Thanks Jack!!
