The store was poorly maintained. The staff was rude and unhelpful.

I just happened to be across the street from this store at the time. I regard its aisles as less crowded than the Windcrest store that I live closer to. I found 1 of 2 products. I asked for and received assistance.

Roy Soto in appliances is helpful And engaging on all appliances and why stainless steel is the better dishwasher. More personable. Will go back to him again in the future...

Incredibly POOR associates. The only ones worth a darn are Mary Esther in Electrical. Jose in Electrical, Lan in Millworks and Cesar at the Pro Desk. Ignacio and Rich in the paint dept. do a good job. Over the years I've had terrible experience with this store, as opposed to the on at Fair St. Lazy. Poor attitude. Used to a wealthy client base so they don't really know alot about "contractor work." A poorly run store, that goes back years working with them. Not sure what is wrong with this location as the Fair St. one is a Total 180. I still own my HD stock because I average about $7,000 to $10,000 a year in purcases.

This store is very clean and contains most or what you are looking for. Everytime I use this location, I'm able to get everything I was looking for. The employees are polite and helpful, I had purchased 2 shop vac's that were shown to be on sale at the shelf where they were stocked. Once I got to the office I had noticed that I did not receive the items for the sale price. I called and spoke with Claudia and she jumped right on the issue and gave me the credit for the 2 items. She was very apologetic and asked me to return at my convenience with the receipt and credited the credit card immediately. I did not have to drag the purchases back to the store. Great customer relations, try this store if you haven't already!!

This store was very clean. All items were orderly displayed and very easy to locate. Friendly folks all around the store. All had big smiles. That means a lot to be. I am a veteran of 33 years and when I see people smile, that means we all live in a happy moment at least.

Worst store ever. Employees do their best to ignore you. Tried to buy appliances and could not find anyone to help. When I finally did what I got was there the dishwasher and stoves which ones do you want. Had to ask for a copy of the order because all the guy provided was a copy of the register tape. Delivery service was terrible. Drive did not want to do anything so he found all kinds of reason not to deliver the items. Plus he was extremely rude. Finally gave up and told them to forget it. I called to cancel the $1200 order and the girl I spoke to said.. okay we'll cancel it. Didn't seem concerned at all. Over all a horrible experience. Went to another company and bought what I needed.

Only store that answered their phone quickly in all of the city of San Antonio. The only store that had trailers in stock near 78023. The only Home Depot store that knew what section of the store to buy trailers. Erica is the most knowledgeable and fastest cashier in store.

IF you need help, ask for AJ, cashier. VERY nice, polite and attentive young man. Clean store.

The Stores appearance was in excellent condition. There was nothing in the isles that would prevent you from walking through like at other places. As far as that goes the associate in the doors section was rude and disgusting. I went in to try and locate a specific garage door opener and i was not given any assistance. When i saw the opener i was looking for up top on the shelves i advised the associate of it and she just advised me everything is in the front that i was looking for. When i went to the front and saw nothing i asked someone else for assistance, they advised me of calling the associate at the garage door openers location to help me and for me to proceed back to the isle. When i got back to the section i over heard the associate talking about me asking for the openers and mocking my tone of voice as if i didnt know what i was talking about. When i confronted the associate on why was she making fun of me that it wasnt necessary she was shocked that i heard and denied saying anything. I asked her was that really called for when i was just asking for help, she again denied saying anything on the phone. At that point i walked away and got a manager by the name of Kevin and he apologized for her lack of providing assistance and assured me to resolve my issue. Within 5 minutes of being with Kevin we found the garage door opener i needed that was in the original location that i had advised of at the beginning. Thanks to Kevin and his excellent customer service i would not mind returning to that store. As for the associate Ramoa dont ever forget the core values of Home Depot. Taking care of our people. Excellent customer service. Respect for all people. Building strong relationships. Doing the right thing. Its associate like you that give great companies such a bad reputation.

Very clean and organized store. Cynthia was my cashier over by the contractors side, she was very personable and friendly. Thank you for having a great positive attitude.

With so many other HD stores to shop in, there is no reason to go to this one. The store is small so doesn't provide full service in areas such as doors/windows, kitchen/bath, or tile. It is often difficult to find someone to assist or answer a question and nearly all the employees I have attempted to work with (doors, kitchen, paint) provide terrible customer service. It is obvious they do not like their jobs, each other, or their customers. This isn't just someone having a bad day - I have had the same experience with customer service several times over the past year and in various departments - therefore am now writing a review. I gave two stars because the store is clean and the aisles are well marked.

They promised us three different times they would deliver an assembled BBQ grill to our home. After numerous calls to them they said we could pick it up and told us they never promised it would be assembled or delivered...not true. After numerous calls, we finally had two friendly gentlemen from that store deliver it to us. Overall, not a good experience.

My shopping experiences have always been great! I always find what I am needing in Home Depot. This store is laid out nicely and orderly. I am a people person and customer service oriented and believe I work well with others. Just a note about the Home Depot workers that work hard. The key to this is to BE NICE to Everyone, all Sales Associates. When asking for help, be Patient in waiting your turn. I think it is most helpful when I go in the front door to see a Sales Associate to guide me to the correct isle to find what I am looking for. If you need further assistance, go to Customer Service as it is always a good way to start your Home Depot Shopping experience. Thank you, Home Depot for your Hard Work.

This store and its professional installation specialist deserve five negative stars if that was possible. Had a very negative experience with the professional installation services rep at this location named Angelica. I ordered the advertised 7-day installation carpet on 5/25. The installation was then scheduled on day 11 (6/5) which was fine as long as it was installed by the 6/7. The installer arrived on 6/5 and discovered the vendor had sent a 12x12 carpet when a 12x24 had been ordered and paid for on 5/25. The installer’s customer service rep called immediately and apologized and explained they would be contacting HD along with the vendor and I could expect a call from HD to explain what would happen next. I waited the remainder of 6/5 and no contact from HD. I then called the store and was directed to Angelica at an extension. I called several times and left a voicemail. No return call was made from this rep on 6/5. I called the store again on 6/6 five separate times until I finally got her on the line. As soon as we began speaking she did not accept responsibility for the mistake of their vendor, did not offer an apology or any path to help make the situation better. She did not place the re-order until 6/7, pushing the next earliest install date to 6/12. During each interaction with Angelica, she was combative, rude, expressed zero empathy and tried several times to place the mistake on me (stating the measurement was wrong then stating online orders usually mess up when I ordered in person at the store—both of which were incorrect—my purchase receipt had the correct layout and square footage per their measurements completed on 5/21). I understand mistakes happen but when they do I expect the company responsible to be willing to step up, have a sense of urgency to fix, apologize and then offer some sort of retribution for the time and inconvenience on my part for their not holding up their end of the installation agreement. I will never order professional installation services from Home Depot and will make sure every one of my contacts hear about how unhelpful and uncooperative Angelica was in making sure this situation was corrected. Good customer service leads with the apology and then corrects the error without the customer having to call and literally fight for it. SO much time wasted….I should have just ordered the product and installed myself at this point

Home Depot was very clean and neat. Employees would ask if I needed help as they walked by. Very friendly service.

Only thing to say is that I am very pleased with the store.
