I walked in at 6:30 A.M. looking for a product that wasn't on the floor. I asked a sales associate and she instantly helped me find the product I was looking for. She was representing the store and Customer service was achieved.

This store almost always has someone to help--unlike other stores without adequate staffing. Some of the HD people are so knowledgeable that they are always my go-to resources. This last visit I received help on everything from lighting to paint to lumber. Kudos.

I bought garden supplies and when checking out left my wallet. When I realized 2 days later what had happened,I called your store and talked to Monica Martinez. She went to the garden center and found my wallet for me and gave it to the manager. It had not been seen nor turned in earlier. Monica went out of her way to help me and it’s very much appreciated.

I didn’t actually need any assistance with shopping, but I checked out with the cashier named Kayla, and even though she had a moonboot on and was sitting down, she was extremely friendly and fast! I feel like I had a significant amount of products but she quickly scanned them and told me my total. She even topped it off by telling me to have a blessed day, and I really appreciated that cause people hardly say it anymore. I will most likely come back and checkout with Kayla again.

The store was clean and there are helpful employees in this store.

I really like all Home Depot stores, but the Home Depot on Sunset Road West (just off Highway 281) seems to have a really great staff - friendly, helpful, and intelligent. It's not the largest Home Depot store in San Antonio, but I think the staff more than makes up for the smaller size of the store. Great people!

Need better outdoor garden utems

The manager goes above and beyond to help customers. They are patient and helpful.

The store had spilled sand and cement on the floor of the roofing department. The aisle before that was blocked with a folding fence used in stocking. I was not able to get assistance when I needed it.I requested assistance at the Customer Service desk with Pat. I tried to get the attention of Juan and he was chatting with two men. I guess because I am an older female the employees prefer to converse with the male construction patrons. I go to this location about once a week. It is always crowded. I scan my items and bag them myself. I get my purchases to the car myself. I am 73 years young and I needed advise and did not get help. I am renovating my house myself. I am not your dumb broad. I spend good money in that store and don't often ask for help, but when I do I expect to get good Customer Service.

This store has the most helpful and happy employees, they also have plenty of staff to help

Mr. Tony Guerra in Dept# 23 was very professional. He assisted me with the figuring out the quantity of floor tile needed for my new home project. He was also very kind and loaded the tile up for me without me asking him to. I appreciate his genuine kindness, professional guidance and taking the time to do the math and measurements for me to complete my project. THANK YOU Mr. Guerra

Home Depot has many different items that the need to shop elsewhere is not needed. The products are displayed in an organized manner and kept neat. If you cannot find and item, there is always an employee around that will take the time to keep looking or make suggestions as to what will possibly work the same. Or where or how long it would take to order what is needed. The store is always clean, always friendly, gives a safe feeling to shop at this store. Been purchasing for many years and very satisfied with all and any product or items I have purchased. Home Depot is the place to buy from whether a contractor or just a home owner that is handy and can do the project that is needed.

EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION PROVIDE HELP, GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. THE STORE WAS CLEAN. THE ASSOCIATES WERE VERY HELPFUL. ALL THE PRODUCTS WERE EASY TO LOCATE.

the phone app tells you where to find your product. the employees are helpful...if you find one; but there are never any in the appliance department; store is clean

I have been to other home improvement stores and without question I can say that Home Depot is by far the best place to shop! Customer service and product knowledge exceeds any other place I have ever been. Most importantly, Home Depot is Military family friendly.

It seems like good help is just hard to find these days. It's just impossible to get someone to stop and help you in Home depot and that sucks

I just want to thank Home Depot for still keeping their business open during these difficult times. I really hope you guys are taking care of the employees most importantly because i got a glimpse of how busy it has gotten since every other business is shut down. Keep up the good work!

No one wanted to help. And when asked multiple employees said I dont know and left. As an employee you should work to helping and resolve a question not give up like the 4 I spoke with today did.

Best Home Depot in San Antonio, associates are knowledgeable and helpful every time i shop here.

John from Plumbing Dpt. at store 6544, Sunset Rd. San Antonio 78209 is great example of an asset for Home Depot. VERY knowledgeable and helpful. Clients and co-workers were looking for his advice. He was very happy to help AND inspired customer confidence. Professionals like him make Home Depot unbeatable vs. any other competitor (especially online). Also, Maddie was very helpful in obtaining help. Many thanks to your whole team. I needed help to replace a sprayer nozzle from a Price Pfister kitchen faucet. I need to replace the whole hose and I could not find specific instructions on the internet. John pointed to the specific tool and shared what and how to do it. This another good experience at this store. Nobody helps better than Home Depot.

The store was poorly maintained. The staff was rude and unhelpful.

I just happened to be across the street from this store at the time. I regard its aisles as less crowded than the Windcrest store that I live closer to. I found 1 of 2 products. I asked for and received assistance.
