Sent a contractor out to measure for fireplace doors. Then no follow up call only a notice of refund for the measurements. Google stats HD installs fireplace doors. Should be taken off internet referrals.

Because every time I go there the employees are so professional and friendly! I went yesterday and 2 employees went above and beyond to help, I'm a 100% disabled American veteran and they were so helpful with that! I would like to personally thank and commend Lydia and Pat, Lydia helped me others times when I rented a mini excavator and skid steer! She again went above and beyond! It is people like her and Pat that make me go back! Please go out of your way to recognize!

I knew exactly what I wanted and the representative promptly secured my order. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Considering that time is money.....efficiency at the checkout counter matters!

Store convenient but often item not on the shelf. Usually I will go to the Bitters Rd store.

I found a Dewalt tool set on sale and decided to go to Home Depot . They had to search for the tools set and found it.Great customer service from several of the employees in helping me find the tool set!

Roy near appliances was very helpful and went above and beyond in assisting us with our purchases. He is a great employee with a great customer service manner. We can't thank him enough.

I have only been to this store twice. let me tell you that Mr. Juan Torres is an amazing, knowledgeable employee. He followed all covid 19 recommendations, engages all customers in his lexicon, and was able to assist me in finding a solution to my difficult repair situation. Go see him. hes worth the drive. I will drive to this location in the future ( it is not very close to my general location) because of the assistance I was provided by this associate.

Customer service has been on the decline for the last year or more. Long wait times at the customer service desk, unfriendly staff. Might as well order from someone else online or go to a competitor.

The employees in the garden center are very nice and helpful. Would definitely go back.

This store has the best salespeople who are friendly and willing to help customers! It's a pleasure to shop or just look around for new items. The store is well kept and feel safe shopping there.

Employee attitude and filthy facility both inside and out.

The employees Douglas and Jimmy went out of their way to help me get what I needed them boys need recognition and made my shopping experience very satisfying.

I ordered a counter top the customer rep said it would be 24 to 48 hours for the man to measure the bathroom and 10 days later when the man from Stone service arrived and measured it. He said that his company would call to give me the price it went from $771 to $1103 as the customer service forgot to add a sink hole that had to be cut out.
