Love their colorful selection of flowers, also pavers and all that is needed to get your weekend project going. This is just a lil area I wanted to fix up with plants, River rock, pavers and top soil from my Home Depot store. Next I will purchase stepping stones and smaller rocks for walkway next to this garden bed.

Francisco at the paint department was very helpful and kind to answer questions and savvy of knowledge about products I needed

So many times I go online and do my research, and then go to the store. I can honestly say that this Home Depot is my favorite store in all of San Antonio! They keep it very clean, and very stocked up. I run a business and so I depend on them to have things from 6a.m. to 10 p.m., and I have never been disappointed here. The workers are always asking me if I need help, and are not afraid to come help if I ask for it. From the front registers, to the back warehouse....Thank you all for being such a great store! I will keep driving across town to visit your store.

Recently I needed a group of flourescent bulbs for replacement. I could not find a sales person in the dept so I began the search myself. When I located the item I had a question so I found a representative. He said he'd help me in a minute and walked away. I waited for awhile and finally went to the information desk. When you go to the Info desk there is usually a lady there and when asked they always seem happy to help...and they're nice about it. A young representative walked back with me, answered my questions, helped locate my products, and when one seemed out of stock she located it for me at a nearby store! I have had this same scenario happen almost everytime I go into Home Depot...I now go find a lady sales rep for they don't seem to dodge or hide from the female shopper! They find my products and I'm gone. This store is just short on sales personnel or many of the male reps just don't like helping lady clients. It incredibly convenient but I drive to another because of the service.

I purchased a room air-conditioner. Fast ordering method. Received product thru ground delivery in a few days. Very satisfied with product and delivery service.

Went in not knowing exactly what I needed to mount my cat wall and Stephen gave me super helpful tips and showed me everything I needed, and didn’t need, for the job!

I always get what I want and the employees are always ready to help! Great paint too!

I came in on a busy Sunday to get some keys made and buy some spray paint for a project. The minute key machine was not able to scan 2 of my 4 keys so I went over to the manual key machines and waited for someone passing to request an employee. I saw someone who looked like a manager and she said she would call someone over. I waited for a bit and someone from the cashier area noticed and asked if I needed help and I said I was waiting so she paged hardware. It was nice to get noticed and not have to leave the area to chase someone down and maybe miss whoever was called over. The woman from hardware came and was so helpful and went the extra step of wire brushing and buffing my minute keys as well!

They have the worst customer service. They treat some people like they are beneath them. Will never go to this location again

Employees made me leave an aisle so they could pull an online order that could have waited until a customer who made the effort to come into the store was finished.

Purchased heavy stepping stones- they helped me find them, purchase them and put them in my car for me! I appreciated every bit of it!

Employees are very considerate, knowledgeable, and professional. Will be returning in the future.

While we are being trained not yo seek help this store excels in employees who walk around or away from you if you look lime you need help

I had looked online for a washer and dryer. This Home Depot has nice and helpful people working there.

Hector was a great help in locating some hardware I needed. He proactively assisted me, after seeing my hands were full with two toddlers and that I was struggling to manage the two them and look for the hardware at the same time. It was nice to see an employee with initiative to help us.

People range from helpful amd friendly to liars. I needed wood cut. The guy refused and said it was against safety regulations l….before even seeing what I needed cut…and I could do it myself…that was what the cutting station was for….a nice woman passed and did it for us, NO PROBLEM!!! The guy obviously didnt want to work…he didnt care if i was there all day sawing poles…no problem for him!! If people dont want to work, they shouldnt collect a check…terrible!!!

Place is one of the more brutal stores they have, workers are friendly but if you need help with anything you’re on your own. Enjoy the wait in line, managers not willing to help in store customers when online deals undermine their purchases

Everything is always easy to find. Store is alway presentable and clean.
