Store is great other than paint staff

store was clean and much nicer also loved the customer service desk! they are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very organize, well plan and safety a job well done(flag,forklift) also, rest room good housekeeping.

Rude Employees!!!!!

I love this store. My wife and I come here instead of any other. I'm just not a fan of the self checkout. Makes the shopping experience very robotic. No fault of any employee. I think it's Just a Bad trend we are going through.

I am electrical contractor and place is always a mess and out of order. Always have to get assistance cause never a dept manager or employee around. Stocking of items are horrible or out of place.

Finally- A store with help people. had to search for them, but when you find them, they are great!!!

The employees are available and ready to help. Each person who helped me knew where items were. I’m usually not too excited about shopping at a store where what I’m buying is going to mean I’ve got some project to finish. But I know I can quickly find what I need here. This Home Depot has excellent customer service!

Been coming here forever. I really can't see myself going to another facility because this one feels like home if that makes any sense lol. The atmosphere is friendly, helpful and always making sure your needs are met.

This store is great if you need to run in and pick up a common item or lumber, but if you're there for a major purchase try a different location. Went in recently with the intent to purchase a specific model washing machine after doing research and visiting other appliance stores, and actually found what we wanted at a price we were happy with. We were approached by an associate in the area who immediately criticized our choice when she found out what we wanted. She could not give us a reason to not purchase this unit other than "it'll go out in a year or two" even though we personally know someone who has had this exact unit for 5 years with no major repairs. She then proceeded to tell us "YOU KIDS just grew up with Samsung everything, so that's why you want this brand." We are not kids by any means and this is not our first appliance purchase. We had already done our research both online and by talking to real, physical people we know with this brand and other popular brands. We finally gave up and left about 15 minutes late (probably less) after she tried to push a smaller, more expensive model on us and telling us that we "have" to get a model with an agitator. The entire exchange was her talking to us in a condescending tone as though we had no idea what we were doing. We ended up purchasing the exact same Samsung model at a competitor for a better price and with much better customer service.

Love the environment, clean store. Will shop more often.

The store was very well cleaned..did not have to hunt down carts. Customer Service rep, especially a young lady by the name of Erica, was very courteous and extremely helpful. Store seemed very well organized.

This is where our family goes for anything and everything that goes into our home. Dave Meier is the man to go to for Countertops of Cabinets. He is kind, smart, knowledge and honest. When we had to return countertops because the vendor did not live up to expectations, Becca, Katie and the team were wonderful in making a stressful situation easy to manage. Not a favorite location but provides good service.

I needed help buying blinds, refrigerator, paint, garden supplies and everyone so helpful. Someone came out to measure and install the blinds and this person let me know when he was arriving, had measurements taken and then installed in a very short period of time. The person who helped me choose my refrigerator took his time and I was so happy with the choice. I also bought a matching microwave and these were delivered by friendly and knowledgable souls. Thank you Home Depot for always going the extra mile. You are appreciated.
