I had an issue with an item purchased and had to visit the customer service desk for assistance. I was immediately greeted by a warm and courteous person named Tyler, who made it his personal mission to remedy my issue in an expeditious manner. It is very hard to find good customer service these days, but is a employee that Home Depot really needs to invest in and promote because I cannot be the only customer who has been amazed and satisfied by his excellent customer service.

Rakim in the Allen store is so kind. He is helpful and pleasant to work with. He takes his time to help. He is very refreshing and because of him, I will definitely be back to this store.

While visiting the Home Depot @ McDermott in Allen Texas around 9pm April 6 2024 we were impressed to see employee Dirk go the extra mile to help try to find the item we were looking for. The website showed they had in stock. His inventory system also showed in stock. Even though this was not his section of the store, he worked hard to achieve the goal. The employees that were responsible for the garden center didn't care at all about helping find the item we needed. When requesting help, the garden center workers blew us off and ignored us. Very disappointing to say the least. Employee Dirk was completely different. He is a hard worker that will accelerate with performances witnessed by us. The garden center employees that ignored us will either lose their jobs due to laziness or be condemned to forever be minimum wage workers their whole lives. Customer service representative Johannes assisted in getting a price match on a similar product to get the quantity we needed at the price that was expected a shown in stock. He contacted manager Randy who swiftly matched the price of the larger quantity. These three men were very professional and cared about customer service and the reputation of their company. The garden center workers couldn't even compete(not sure how they have a job since they don't care about customers). Thanks again to Dirk, Johannes, and Randy who stand above the rest at the Allen Tx Home Depot

Carmen is was super helpful at the store and made my experience much better than what I had at a competitor business. Way to go!

Jose S. in hardware made this the best experience that I’ve experienced at this location. He walked me every single detail of what I needed and showed me exactly how to do it. I never take the time to do a review unless it’s absolutely something I’ve never experienced or grossly poor service. I went as far to ask to speak with the manager of this store to tell him personally my experience. I couldn’t wait for him but I called as soon as I got home to share my experience. We had a wonderful experience at the Allen Home Depot with Valerie in flooring. To get there we had an associate named Justin assist us in lumbar, Jon B (or Jay) helped us with questions about products until Valerie was available, and Christian got a sample of the tile we needed down from the overhead. Great customer service! Thank you!

Superior product and tool selection. Friendly and courteous store associates. Home Depot stores are easy to shop. Locations are great too.

Greg is amazing and went above and beyond to help us when we purchased our new Webber Grill. I know my husband is not the most patient or understanding person. Greg was so nice and understanding with our situation. He was able to help us get the price we originally paid and my husband was in an amazing mood when we left. If I could give 1000 stars I would!

This is a great Home Depot!

I have had to visit with Chuck and Derek several times to build orders for a new construction home. As always, they deliver on all my needs while taking their time to ensure I am satisfied and have no more questions. They are really good at explaining to me the answers to my questions. Never hesitate to visit them on your next trip to their departments!

I came to Allen store to pick up something that was out of stock at McKinney. Unbeknownst to me, Home Depot doesn’t match prices amongst their own locations and the employees didn’t seem to care that I was dissatisfied. Terrible location, DO NOT VISIT

Building a home can be tiring and frustrating! Home Depot has made it very easy for us, even when we bought too much of some materials and waited too long to return them. Customer Service, with a smile, has refunded every product I returned. Great Service.

The associates in the self checkout line I feel are there to make your day harder than to help you for example, today she decided that she wanted to un-scan my entire purchase just so she could scan it for herself. I had only four items she could’ve easily visually verified.

The agitator on this upgraded washer I bought will not twist all of the sleeves and legs of laundry that I wash. I was tired of this happening and am so happy that is over with!
