Nothing great about this store. Most convenient for me but just another Home Depot.

To review a single store and say it is the best is impossible. Each store I go to is "the best": Arrowhead- Behrend Dr, Glendale AZ Glendale - Bell Rd and 67th ave, Glendale AZ 9969 W Camelback Rd Phoenix AZ 1489 N Dysart Rd Avondale AZ 85323 The one thing I love is if the store I am in does not have what I am looking for (out of stock), the staff looks to see if any of the other store I deal with has that product. The continuity of the way the stores work for helping the customer is a model for other corporations to follow. On a personal note - I have met and made friends with other Veterans (including your staff) while shopping it your stores (a side benefit)

I am a Homebuilders in valley and this isn’t store. They are always willing to help at all times. TJ is a great manager. He always has the customer best interests in mind. Adrianne at the service desk is so friendly and professional. Valued employees I’m sure

This particular store, while it is very close to my home, has been exceptional in having what I need for all types of projects in and around the house. The customer service people go out of their way to assist me every time I go in the store, which is quite often, Occasionally I take a cup of coffee early in the moring and just cruise up and down the aisles as I know there is something I might need in the future. I have come accustom to the lay out of the store and usually know here to go for the specific something I need. The store and parking lot is always clean and well lighted.

The Arrowhead store #0475 Glendale is easily the BEST Home Depot in the Valley, because if you need more than is put-out on the racks, Noble, caring, Associates like ARLEEN, will go into back-up stock. so you WILL then have enough for your project. At ANY store, @ the end of the day, its hard to find HELP, but Arleen found & helped me, and I will tell my friends what a Great store you have with people like Arleen.

I was assisted by Nancy Scott and several others in the store to locate items I needed. Not familiar with this store as I live in another area, her assistance was appreciated. Everyone was great and the store was nicely kept.

Neat and clean, friendly associates offing help and smiles, Just an enjoyable place to shop.

Extremely helpful in all departments

TJ, the assistant manager, was a pleasant surprise as I navigated the store in search of unknown materials for a classroom project with my children. He was creative and patient and within a short amount of time, had the supplies my child needed to take his project from average to exceptional. It’s important to have employees who care. TJ most certainly takes pride in his work and has the heart to go above and beyond. Thank you TJ and thank you Home Depot for being there when we need you.

Everybody is so friendly and knowledgable. I almost walked out with wrong sized fencing if it was for the cashier. AJ was friendly and professional. I would really recommend this location.

Many home improvement/hardware stores compete for consumers' business. This neighborhood Home Depot is just that--a neighborhood Home Depot. That is, the employees treat me like I'm a good neighbor whenever I visit their depot. I'd shop with them over a less neighborly vendor just for that courtesy (which seems to be a lost art in our unfortunately decaying civil society). Thanks, Home Depot!

Friendly and helpful staff

Luckily I was able to take a frig the same day as mine had died during the night. Everyone was very nice and helpful during this stressful time.

The associates in the paint department went above and beyond assisting us in our paint decision. Autumn, in particular, was very courteous and helpful.

Store was clean, products we were looking for easy to find and associates professional, helpful and friendly!

I have been a customer of the store since it was built. I live in the arrowhead area and shop your store quite often. Over the years I have learned who can answer my questions and who to avoid. Leticia Foster in carpet/tile area is very helpful even if she gets pulled away to other departments. She will take the time to answer your question or find someone who can. Kevin in appliances, on the other hand, I would avoid all together. He doesn't seem to have the time to help you look for items in his own department. I love the store and the location. Once you figure out who in the store can and will help you and those to avoid your experience will always be good.

Store is very organized and clean. Employees are always very eager to help.

I had an excellent experience while working with Victor. The first thing that impressed me was that he offered help. Often times, I will walk around Home Depot and nobody will ask me if I need help. I am clearly looking lost and wandering aimlessly but nobody offers me help. Victor saw that I was looking at some 48x96 pieces of wood and offered to help me. He talked to me about my project and helped me pick out the best product. He then took the sheet and cut it into the pieces I needed. He made me feel very comfortable and confident about my purchase and my project. He seems to genuinely enjoy helping others and seems very knowledgable. Definitely made for a pleasant experience and restored my faith in service at Home Depot.

I can't say enough great things about these folks! Knowledgeable, courteous, and approachable! I love "my store!"

John Jenkins in flooring is an asset to your store. He is so knowledgeable and took time to help us get through our floor laying project. He help us with the type of flooring for out needs (Pergo XP) and all the equipment from saws and nail gun to spacers that we needed. John also had tips along the way that have been very helpful. The ideal customer service employee! Find him if you ever need flooring answers to your questions. Thank you John

I have had excellent customer service at this Home Depot location for every single visit. I always feel welcomed and the employees are very knowledgable about products and the locations of products in the store.

I needed some steel plumbing pipe cut and threaded but the plumbing dept employee was busy helping at least 3 customers so I thought I would go to lumber to pick up some other materials. When I was in the lumber dept an employee named Ande asked me if I needed any help? I told her thank you but I was just picking up some things in lumber before I went BACK to plumbing. She asked me what I needed in Plumbing and I told he the story about the employee being to busy to help me at the time. She said that she used to work in Plumbing and would be happy to cut and thread the pipe me. I told her that I did not want her to get in trouble for leaving her department to help me because I knew the process may take a while and her reply was that her most important job was to help the customer. Not only did she cut and thread the pipe but also assisted me in getting the proper fittings I needed. I'm a contractor and a Pro-rewards member. I purchase thousands of dollars worth of materials from Home Depot a month in your stores all over the Phoenix metro area. It was nice to see an employee go out of their way but even more importantly have the proper knowledge to assist me. Ande did a great job!

I purchased an appliance at this store and then realized that I was going to have to exchange it. I was worried sick about the process, I am 75 years old and most associates in stores have a tendency to ignore my needs. This store, The Home Depot at Arrowhead Ranch is different. The manager, Frank Medrano, and the associate in the appliance department, Kathy, were so kind and professional. They made the entire ordeal simple and really went out of their way to make sure that I was totally satisfied. If only all associates could be like the ones in this store, what a wonderful world it would be!!

Paint area people were very helpful as well as the flooring dept. I bought a whole kitchen design and appliances amount several other items in stock on shelves for my remodel - overall nice place to shop all in one place...

The employees were quick to greet me and prompt to ask if I needed assistance, letting me know they cared. I like this.
